Bought our car financed through 247 money back in may 2021 well all I can say is great car love it, but as for 247’s customer support… shockingly inadequate would be a polite way to put it, and not at all helpful, they are very pushy and not understanding. zero flexibility when you’re having a difficult month financially. Persistent phone calls when you’ve already made an accepted arrangement with them for a very small arrears problem. So for me if I had the choice again, the car, YES but 247 as the lender NO.

My case handler was Nuno Perez and he has been absolutely fantastic through my whole experience, unfortunately the dealership I bought the car from was awful and refused to help, but Nuno did everything he could to help me out, 100% would recommend

I handed my car back after 3 years in perfect condition. Even the guy picking it up and checked it said it was brilliant. 2 MONTHS later 247 money are trying to say there's loads of problems with it now and I have to pay £1500!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Cannot fault this company in any way whatsoever. The customer service is amazing, the feedback from all of the team was second to none and the help with my complaint against the car sales was more than expected. They really went above and beyond. Zydane was the perfect example of what a Customer Service Representative should be.

the company should be closed down. absolute rip off and con men working there. i purchase a car and within 4 hours of driving the car all engine management lights came on. after returning the car it has now been almost 3 weeks and i haven't received back my money for no plausible reason. i would recommend walking over purchasing a car from them.

I was very happy the way my complaint was handled from Nuno Peres always keeping me up to date with my complaint case and recived a good result at the end to my complaint thankyou so much for all the hard work you did on my case within 3 weeks it was all sorted and finished

As a result of the car on finance being written off, they needed paying in full to end contract, so that a new finance deal for new car could be done.
I promptly paid the full balance. Then, the insurance company sent the cheque to them, so they were paid twice. Several phone calls later, telling me my refund is on the way, it failed to arrive. So today, almost a month after I first paid, they refunded my money into the wrong bank account, causing massive distress & inconvenience. I went through at least 3 lengthy security calls, 3 different people with them to confirm the refund bank account, though it's not rocket science, it's the same bank account it was paid from!! They still managed to get it wrong, yet they never have difficulty taking their payments do they? Shame on you!

So i had issues with vehicle.after purchasing car.so got in touch woth complaints.dept
..they recovered my car and got it fixed via the dealer.the chap i dealt.with was so supportive. It did take a few weeks. But it was precisein gathering info on issues.and resolving them for me.

Zydane really turnt around my experience from the brokerage I was dealing with . He really listened to my concerns and problem I was facing and to be truly heard in a moment of frustration means so much! His service was authentic , genuine and I couldn’t have asked for more . Zydane dealt with my issue incredibly fast and stuck by his word in terms of timings, updates and emails . Thankyou Zydane for such memorable service your name will stick in my mind for how fantastic your customer service was . I really hope your recognised and rewarded!

From start to finish Zydane at the complaints department has gone above and beyond our expectations. Right down to the little things you wouldn’t think of. We’ve been truly looked after, put first with every time and we can’t praise Zydane enough for his hard work and commitment on resolving the issues we’ve had.

I had basically got a faulty car on finance and I raised everything with finance 247 which sully and zedan dealed with the service they both gave was brilliant and they went above and beyond for customer service. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my car so I had soliman assigned as my agent this guy could not do enough for me what a top guy so if you get him as your agent the problem will be sorted five stars soliman

Zydane is a credit to your company, he goes above and beyond for customers and for me I cannot thank him enough! He was so understanding of my situation and made sure I was updated through out and I got the best possible outcome! Zydane is an amazing ambassador for his company. He's a fantastic listener and resolves issues swiftly and efficiently. We need more people like Zydane. Give this man a pay rise ✌️👊

Have had my financed car with these guys for 6 months now, in that time I've had 2 dealings with them and what a pleasure it has been on both occasions. Today I dealt with Neil/Neal and he listened to everything I said and made the already stressful situation a real easy one. Simple and clear, I think you should give the lad a nice big Christmas bonus!!! 10/10

Absolute shocking company, stay well clear i got a car on finance and the car broke within 2 weeks off having it and i told them i wanted a new car and didn't want this anymore took them nearly 4 months to even get anything sorted out to help me but in the end car was still broken, i got the ombudsman involved as soon as I got them involved they terminated my contract and picked the car up off me, i have now been told they are going to auction the car off knowing the car needs £1000 worth off work done to it and apparently I'm liable to pay whatever is left on the bill after they sell the car, i wont be paying this bill as i have told them but anyone in future. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FINANCE!!!!

I had a car loan from this company of £6000 over 3 years I managed to pay it back in 17 months when I asked for a settlement figure they never gave a discount when I asked why they said they the Interest was front loaded so they got over £2000 in interest stay clear rip off !! up date try to talk to them not interested
