"ACC Network will not stay on. All other channels I have checked are functioning properly. Fourth time reporting this problem today, no correction made."
Above is a screenshot of my last chat entry. Oliver Stone is the customer service rep. who does not seem to have the knowledge to correct the problem. He has closed the chat on me 4 times now. I am a frustrated customer whom he does not know how to be polite to. This company needs to invest in better qualified representatives.
