Charges extra for THEIR mistakes
Called on a Friday, they confirmed that they could do an installation the next week and that they would call me. They confirmed my address over email (good idea!) and I told them they'd need to make a hole in the cabinet. So far so good. Didn't get a call so I called them on Wednesday like an hour before closing and got a time scheduled for Friday. Annoying, but fine. Plumbers showed up Friday, realized they needed more equipment (fine), left, came back, realized they didn’t get all the equipment they needed, left, came back, and had the audacity to wring €90 extra out of us because THEY made a mistake.

The service was fast,within 2 hrs of calling, we received a very good and competent plumber. Had all the equipment, and solved an ongoing problem within one hour.
Would have given a 5 but it was quite expensive in the end due to the issue being on a saturday and having to get 1.off-duty support, 2. weekend rates, and 3. minimum 2hr fee. But overall excellent!
