Liars and thieves and backed by PayPal, even after I sent them the email admitting they hadn't sent the goods. Horrendous experience, avoid it's just not worth the hassle or loss of money. Furious that PayPal back them!

Please do not use this company con artists. Ordered fur lined boots sent wrong ones ,inferior quality,Not interested in sorting it out.ignoring emails now. AVOID

I also wish I would have seen the reviews before I threw away $63 on 10 holiday ornaments for 2020. In the photo they looked like porcelain, had a cute charm on both sides and came in a nice gift box. I ordered on Nov 12 to give as xmas gifts and did not realize it was a chinese company. They came (guess that is something) on Dec 23rd. They were cheap plastic discs in a poly bag. No charms and no box.
I decided to live with it because of how late it was. Then one of the people I gave it to burst into laughter.! I hadn't looked closely before I wrapped them, and to my shock there were about 27 misspellings or non english words. I immediately emailed them and every response was a way to put me off. Asked twice for photos of which I sent what their site said I was buying and detailed pics of what I got. Now they say they will not take any actions as what I received is what I ordered. I want to post warnings any where possible. Ideas?

I wish I read this before I order from this company. They scammer and I never received my product . They keep saying it been sent and its a lie. I got scam.

if i could give no stars i would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY IGNORE ALL CONTACT. THEY HAVE SCAMMED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE. ALSO KNOWN AS JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. THEY HAVE MANY FAKE COMPANY NAMES. They gave me a fake tracking number. it has taken me 4 months and too much time and energy to get my money back from paypal. i am not surprised people give up as paypal initially closed my case. AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Never received my item. They have no contact information. RIP OFFS.

I ordered an ornamental plaque to be placed in a pot at my fathers grave in December. I received a tracking a tracking number, which was updated to status delivered on 4/1/21. On checking with the post office the tracking number was not for my name or address and I was told that scam companies use fake tracking numbers. I contacted them asking for the correct tracking number and then started to look into this a bit further. I used Paypal for the purchase, so assume they will reclaim my money from the bogus company, however reading some of these reviews, I’m now not so sure.
Our shopping channels are inundated with fake Chinese goods and suppliers, I would recommend only buying from trusted suppliers/household names as the only way to avoid being caught out.

I bought a foldable work table but in received a cheap watch. I wrote 3 times to seller but never replied. I opened a file with PayPal to be refunded for total amount. Bad experience

I’ve been scammed by jinzhou network technology, reading the reviews I wish I’d seen them before, never received my boots complain to PayPal they accept the firms account they had been delivered, I’ve now stopped using PayPal

Scam company gave a fake tracking number after saying the package was delivered and then saying it was stuck at customs. Disputed the charge with paypal but they did nothing even though it's clear this isn't the first time this has happened with this company. Stay away

JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. PayPal is more than aware. This scammer making lots of money and PayPal doing nothing about protecting its buyers. Company sending fake tracking for orders so PayPal accepting items as posted. When they haven't. This company and PayPal a disgrace

Wish I'd read up on some reviews although they were running under a different name when I came across them! I purchased a couple of pairs of winter shoes from this company back in September.... apparently they were shipped and delivered, but I never actually received them! Months later, I'm still waiting for any progress from either the company OR PayPal (who don't seem to give a damn either)

This company is a scam. They took payment foe a product and never shipped it. They keep saying they are chasing the shipping details. It's been 5 months. Waiting for a refund from PayPal.

Thieves, ordered a camping mat months ago and it never arrived. Checked the tracking number and said it was delivered to a post office 100 miles away. Total scammers. Can't believe PayPal deal with them.

Ordered a coat from these guys. 4 months later it eventually turned up but is nothing like the quality expected. Avoid

Oh no!!! Why didn't I read these reviews b4 spending money on this site for a stained glass bird. One has no idea is a Chinese Company until it's too late. Well, I'll update everyone as time goes by.

I bought a flashlight on September and I am still waiting (12/31/2020). I sent the payment through Paypal and never received the product. They keep saying they shipper has problems with the system and cannot give me a tracking number. Also, Paypal doesn't do anything. I could give ZERO star if I could. never by anything from JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED !!!

Sent payment via PayPal for a water mat. Never received. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Took my money and I never received my item.
I complained to PayPal and they did nothing as the company claimed they had sent the item.
They steal your money, they are thieves.

Scammers.
I ordered a product of a garbage disposal, they say there delivery is 8-10 working days, I waited 2 months for my product, then received a letter from royal mail to say I had to pay £11 delivery service to get the item, when I did the item in which turned up was a watch. NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED.
I AM FUMING.
