Ordered two bottles of wine for £42…
Ordered two bottles of wine for £42 through uber eats. Delivery never came and got charged.
After calling the store 12 times, some person picked up saying they don't deliver in my area after charging me.
Uber eats never refunded and sent me excused.

Ordered over the phone not on website. Was charged £20 for a bottle of rozay. On website said wine was £12.99.
Order was a lot more than would be if I went to a shop myself. But as we couldn’t and was late we expected to pay a little more atleast. Then driver came. Told me he had no change. I only had 20 notes. Spoke to shop. Shop told me driver would bank transfer me my change. So I said before I hand over cash transfer my change. He then “remembered” he had change in the car for me. So I was either going to have to pay more than expected and get no change. Or not have my order at all as they “”had no change” Was a madness at my front door for at least 10 minutes Until driver finally went and got my change from his car. Will only order again if last resort.

#1 - the 5 star review by Bindia Patel. Guess what the name of the manager of 24hoursalcoholdelivery is?
#2 - my review: I gave explicit instructions to deliver to the HQ of a large well known corporate within 15 minutes walking distance of 24hoursalcoholdelivery's location. It took over an hour to have it delivered, including international phone calls (I do not live in the UK) because apparently the delivery driver cannot read. The delivery was a 15 pound VIP delivery - a total waste of money.

Scam
I Ordered some wine,after waiting an hour and a half I phoned them and a woman answered saying the delivery driver was 5-10 minutes away,so after another half an hour I phoned again,and he same women answered and said they couldn’t deliver because the driver was stuck in traffic and that she would reimburse me.
Hopefully she will.
