There is no return option and if you want to return a 12 euro product then you have to pay 20 euro shipping fee . No recommend.

Delivery problems
The item I ordered was more expensive here than elsewhere, but they had it in stock. So with the promise of 2-4days delivery I ordered the item, but the package just isn't arriving.. I've contacted the support 3 times now and got the same reply twice "we messed up but fixed the postage 'today', it should be on it's way" (waiting for the 3rd reply). Super annoying situation, as I can't use my scooter without a wheel..
