Appointment made easily and at a time to suit me. He ran a few minutes late but called to tell me he was delayed in traffic.
Was very very professional had all the locks with him to replace the ones that needed replacing. Even went the extra mile to do a repair on the door that he spotted.

Had repair done Friday 13th,but felt a problem -rang the office,and appt was made immediately,problem solved.excellent service.

The locksmith came when we locked ourselves out of our house and he was great. Worked on our lock, got us in and gave us advice on which lock to install as its replacement

Rang the company @9am and they gave a lunch time slot for some one to come out not only where they prompt they where early and there is nothing I appreciate more than good time keeping . When they arrived they fixed and replaced what had to be fixed or replaced. Could I complain about the price …of course but the job had to be done and if you want a job done well then you pay what has to be paid . Job brilliantly done

The lock broke on my back door, and as a pensioner I wanted to get it fixed quickly. I also wanted the front door lock updating as it was to same type and age as the back door. A man arrived who barely spoke English, and spent a great deal of time measuring the locks and trying to find replacements. He gave me no explanation of what he was doing and what my options were. Consequently, I had little confidence that he knew what he was doing not least because the old lock had all the necessary details clearly stamped on it. He finally quoted me £439 for two locks plus £100 for fitting. I thought this was excessive but I wanted the job done, so I paid. He then said that he'd have to order the locks, and he'd be back to fit them in a few days and left. I searched the net myself for the locks, and found two locks the same as the ones I had would cost £140 delivered. I phoned to query the massive price difference but was told that the price quoted "sounds about right". I have subsequently phoned to cancel the order, in accordance with the terms and conditions, but over three weeks later I have not received my refund.

Prompt response to my request for help, good service received

It was my neighbour's house which I was looking after whilst they were on holiday. The man was here within half an hour he was so polite and took his time to make sure the lock was in working order. He had me trying it. A credit to your Company. I would recommend your Company to neighbours and friends.
