Brought a customacces side pannier from them after damaging my left side one like the fact they sell single sides quality is better than my original and the price is fantastic the long delivery date kinda sucks but the price more than made up for it so all in all great experience and will definitely use them again in the future

Great product range

First order ...
Ordered 3 items recently for my husbands birthday. This was my first order with this company and I've been abit disappointed by it to be honest. I ordered a strap and 2 big floor mats. When we received the order we quickly realised that one of the mats was missing. I emailed to let them know, but by now it was the weekend (nobody there). They did email back and resend the item without quibble, obviously this delayed the whole birthday present saga further. Thought delivery timeline was stated as 3 days but it was almost a week by the time I received the first box.
Packaging was secure and customer service was OK but felt a little insincere. Would I use again? not sure.
