Hi,unfortunately my experience is not so good.In my delivery from 24MX there was some stuff missing. I paid in advance,the box was not broken or damaged in any way. So i contact them through theirs website and wrote them that there was one item missing. I get one answer from them ,so I have to fill another formula and send it again Unfortunately since then ,there was no reply .How disappointing....Danny

Misleading website and poor customer service
Extremely disappointed with 24mx's service. Recently purchased motocross graphics advertised as a perfect fit, only to receive a wrong-sized product due to misleading information on their site. Shockingly, despite being a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount, they refused to exchange or refund the item, citing 'customisation' as an excuse. Their customer service's lack of willingness to resolve the issue was utterly appalling. Such disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially after being a regular customer, having spent over €500 in the past few months.
Beware of their false advertisements and the utter disregard for customer loyalty.

Ordering and delivery was great, but returning of goods was tricky, because the returning ticket was incomplete and Czech Post was not able to accept it. Solution with the online support was difficult, because the sent ticket was without all needed entries...

We are sorry to hear you had difficulties to return the parcel. Czech Post have to accept the return with the return ticket that you have to fill in because you need to write your address.

Service as I expect
Order was delivered without any delays, even though it was shipped from abroad.
I had an incident with the plastic part that broke, but the product can be used. 24mx offered a very generous discount on the product if I kept the product. That is a far better solution than sending the product back for replacement (as usual solution in Czechia). Very quick response from the staff. I am very satisfied.
