Would give them 5/5 but they accept orders without having items in stock so delivery can be extremely late. If you're not waiting for the parts then they can't be beaten in price or quality.

It's the second time I have been sent…
It's the second time I have been sent the wrong item from this company, I ordered an aluminium framed tent to reduce the weight as I'm getting on in the years, the same thing was sent again was a steel one. Customer service is non-existent I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are not to be trusted on sending the correct item that was paid for.

It still has not been delivered
It still has not been delivered. It was ordered on the 3rd December. Today is 24th December and no sign of it yet. According to the tracking, it has been with GLS in Ireland since 14th December.
