Excellent experience

Shipping was very fast. The packaging was great. The only issue was that the description was not 100% accurate and I had to compare the description with Max Mara.

Nice

I was able to find a particular bandeau. It was packaged nicely and I received it promptly. I didn't deal with any one in particular, but they were there ready to help and were so nice. I'll be coming back online for yall.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which my recent Max Mara coat was delivered.

For a $6,000 purchase, the packaging was completely unacceptable. The coat was placed in a small, dirty box, the wrapping paper did not even fully cover the garment, and one corner of the box was wet upon arrival.

Not requesting gift wrapping does not justify careless packaging. At this price point, proper protection and presentation should be standard.

I have purchased several Max Mara coats from 24S in the past and have never experienced anything like this. This falls far below the standards expected of a luxury brand.

I expect a prompt explanation and an appropriate resolution. To be honest, even Zara ,HM, they did better job than this.

Fast Shipping

The choice of FedEx for delivery is not…

The choice of FedEx for delivery is not effective due to delays with customs and requiring a signature is horribly inconvenient. Who is able to stay home for chunk of the day to receive a package? DHL provides a much swifter process through customs and they allow the signature to be waived. I’ve ordered many packages from Europe, Japan and Dubai and they arrive within roughly 48 hours (not Japan but still a rapid delivery). I’m disappointed that delivery has been such a challenge.

Very unresponsive

I received a Louis Vuitton ring with defects, and I’m trying to work out the next step with support. However they have not been very responsive and have been extremely slow to respond (at least more than one working day between each reply, and I’m still waiting for them to reply to my latest email from 2 days ago!). I wanted to use the live chat but it’s always greyed out even during the stipulated cet time. And some of the things support replied didn’t even make sense like they were asking for picture showing the ring attached to the return tag, when the tag is not directly attached to the ring in the first place
