I looked at soooo many couches and kept coming back to the Pad Air Leather Sofa so I decided to give it a try. So far we are very happy with the purchase. It looks great and fits in perfectly with the other features in our game room. I like that it is very large and provides more available seating than a regular couch. It gives the look of leather without being cold to the touch.

The couch sit too low to the ground. It’s not soft at all it feels like I’m sitting on sandbags. It’s not worth the price I wish I could get my money back.

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The couch is incredibly comfortable, stylish, and well-made—exactly what I was looking for. It fits perfectly in my living room and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot to relax.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. From the moment I placed my order, the team was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Delivery was on time, and the crew was professional and careful with setup. They even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with everything.

Very helpful with support and responsiveness

I reached out to 25home for color swatches which came quickly. Ordered our couch which was delivered in two large boxes. Reviews stated that assembly was easy and sure enough it was! Pieces were packaged well and the couch is beautiful and comfortable. We are out of town quite a bit, so I had to reach out to Customer Service in regard to coordinating delivery. Customer Service was very helpful and contacted me via text, email and phone.

Love our couch! I purchased the Sandwich Sectional back in January, and I am very pleased with my order. My husband I spent a long time choosing one and landed on this one (we are couch potatoes and wanted something modern but also extra comfy and good for lounging). The company was prompt in responding when I had a question and I got plenty of updates along the way as it was shipped and delivered. Our living room looks absolutely gorgeous now and we have all taken our fair share of naps, it is so comfortable. If I had to give a downside it might be that feathers poke through and come out now and then, but I would rather deal with that than some synthetic poly filling.

Ahead of placing my order, I received free sample fabric swatches by mail, which helped me pick the perfect fabric and color for my couch. I ordered a couch with custom dimensions, it fits my space perfectly and was delivered on-time, within just a few weeks. I’m very pleased with the material and build - it’s great quality and look for the price. The sales rep was great through the entire process and answered many questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

I had been considering a sectional for a while. But my living space isn't overly large, so finding one with the right measurements has been a little challenging. I received the Tetris Ricky Sectional in gray and I'm very pleased with it. It shipped fast, and communication with 25home Furniture was easy and plentiful. The local delivery company was extremely easy to work with, and they delivered the two big boxes inside my house with ease.

I like that the sectional was delivered in two pieces. This makes it very convenient for anyone living in an apartment or in a two story house. It is much easier to move 2 pieces than one large sectional. It's also easy to connect the two parts and I don't anticipate any issues with the connecting latches or sagging or the like.

As for the sofa itself, the gray is true to color from the website. The fabric is soft. And the couch is comfortable. It's a good option for a small/medium sized space. It is best suited for a loft area, finished basement, game room, theater room, man cave, etc.

For the price point and the limited use it will get (I plan to use in a secondary area, not my primary living area), I do think it is a good, solid piece of furniture and I'm very pleased with it.

25home had the specific sofa we were looking to buy. After our purchase their customer care representative assisted us to make sure the sofa was delivered the very day we moved in to our new home. They also included a side table as a gift that arrived just a couple days later. 25home had better service than any company that I have experienced in a long time.

Fantastic Communication and the sofa looks amazing. We are quite pleased with it. It is comfortable and fits our vibe.

Buying furniture from 25 Home was a fantastic experience. The customer service representative—Monica was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The quality of the leather sofa and coffee table is exceptional. Overall, we received the best products at a great price.

I was cautious about ordering a big couch online without seeing it and never ordering from 25home.com before.

Here is 3 take aways from my experience :

1. Most importantly the couch ( Very lareg white bocule L shaped couch around $3000 ) was exactly as described and great quality, it is not some cheap thing they put together. It is better than furniture stores.

2. Communication. They communicated very clearly from the first day I purchased the couch to explain logistics and keep me updated on when this big order would arrive. Any issues I had I could email my personal contact and they would get back to me swiftly. This is a hugeeee + compared to most places where customer service is not the best.

3. Quickly fixed an issue I had when one of the cushions came and was slightly off. I emailed them photos and they quickly replaced it. very easy.

10/10 would recommend and will buy from again. Very happy with overall service.

We got a sectional Style leather couch from 25home. The sales person was very helpful but not pushy. I love the couch and it is very good quality!

The customer service was great, they responded to all e mails and calls. They were on point about everything I asked. My couch was in stock it shipped very fast. Everything was affordable but the quality is top notch. I even recommend them to someone right after I made my purchase and they bought a couch too! Great company

We purchased two couches and an ottoman from 25Home. The quality of this product is top notch. The Sandwich couch, size 129 inches with the chaise lounge is incredibly comfortable and feels as wide as a twin bed. It fits at least four people comfortably.

The White Cloudline 80 inch couch with ottoman is just beautiful and cozy.

I was updated every step of the way during the shipping process. I was even given a courtesy text 30 mins before the delivery truck arrived. The gentleman that delivered the loveseats were prompt and professional. The loveseats actually look better than the photos. I’ll definitely continue to order from 25home!

I had high hopes for this couch as it was supposed to support heavier people. My husband is 300 pounds and had a stroke and so he has major mobility issues. After having it just 3 weeks, it was apparent that it was not going to hold up and I even had trouble getting out of the couch. He can't get out at all without a lot of help. They kept stringing me along despite having a 30-day return policy. They told me to "fluff it", but I'm sorry that does NOT work. I could tell with every email they keep trying to string me along and my last email said they would not be able to accept it back as I don't have the original packaging. On their website they even say they can give you packaging for $50. I sent that to them and now I have to wait for my contact to call me back in a few minutes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The sofa is of excellent quality, very comfortable, and definitely worth it.
