Customer service is an absolute joke. These guys only care about what they can squeeze out of you. DO NOT buy the borad with a free trial as they use your payment details and automatically subscribe you into the free trail stage which starts apone date of purchase. I never wanted the free trail and had no intention of using it so I never signed up to it. I bought the package because I wanted the board, the free items are a plus but not the reason for the sale.
Got my board 3 weeks after purchase and during January I noticed I was charged for 2 months? I have never even been on the site so how the hell did I get charged? Oh they take your payment details from your original purchase...
When is recived my board the timer was not even working, didnt think much of it. Aftert inspecting the quality of the board, I was not surprised the timer didnt work because the board its self is not good quality and I couldn't used it properly with out feeling anxiety that it was going to break. I called in the 90days money back garenteed and was told I had to foot the bill to return it ...

Beware of Unwanted Charges
Oh my goodness! I really felt the need to write this review. I typically don't. I echo everything everyone is saying about the trial access subscription. I am currently disputing the charges for a monthly subscription. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive the product (it comes from China). How can I have a free trial and haven't received the product yet. At any rate, I never even logged into or used the trial. Then, this morning I get an alert that I have a charge on my credit card for a 30-month subscription. When purchasing, there is no mention of a recurring charge. I emailed them and received the following response: "Regarding the subscription charge: upon purchase, you started with a trial for the 28-Day Challenge, which included full access to the community, on-demand workouts, and all of our challenges. After the trial ended, it automatically transitioned into a Once the membership charge has processed, we’re unfortunately unable to fully reverse the subscription payment through our system due to the way recurring memberships are handled. This ensures uninterrupted access to your workouts, coaching support, and community features.
However, I absolutely don’t want to leave you feeling disappointed or unheard. While we’re unable to issue a full refund, I’d be more than happy to offer an alternative solution to make this right, such as:
1. Extending your membership access at no additional cost, so you receive extra time without paying again or
2. Offering a discounted monthly rate moving forward membership so you could continue without interruption."
Seriously!! I don't want it and they are trying to keep me locked in. As one of the other reviews indicated, you don't even get a notification that makes you aware ahead of time.
I paid through PayPal. I canceled it through there. I may not get a refund but I won't get any more charges from them.

Hidden subscription fees
They do not make it clear that there will be a recurring charge attached to the purchase of the board. Nor do they send an email notifying you of the upcoming charge. Then they have a totally bogus reason for not refunding your money. Avoid this business AT ALL COST.
My overall experience!
The ordering and subscription part was a little complicated as the trail started the day I ordered it! It didn't take I to account the time it takes for us to receive the board. They did charge me after that but I was able to get refund within 14 days.
The group and members in it are very encouraging and motivating. I was able to slowly but steadily build my stamina through the 28 day challenge. I don't track my weight that well but I could definitely see increase in stamina and strength. I appreciate the team behind each workout video as it's made perfectly to match my speed, strength and experience with Pilates. I am willing to continue working out with this board and available videos as it keeps me on track with my goals! Thank you 28 Pilates team!

I placed my order over a month ago. Still have not received anything
I sent numerous emails only to be told it was in transit or there was a shipping problem. This company is a scam! Do not order from here. You will never get your product
I placed my order in December expecting…
I placed my order in December expecting a slow shipping process due to the time of year. Weeks went by with no update. I emailed and asked for an update and was told there was a shipping issue. Another week, I asked to cancel the order. I had to confirm via email (in the same chain) multiple times I wanted to cancel.
I have asked for my refund five or six times and keep getting excuses. I keep getting told it's being escalated to a manager. Nothing. It's over a month in at this point and I assume I'm out $100. Unbelievable.

Fraudulent Subscription Practice
Fraud, plain and simple. My wife purchased the reformer, but after it was delivered, an unwanted monthly subscription charge appeared on her credit card. This is a very deceptive company and practice. Now we need to dispute the charges with the credit card company.

I was excited when I bought the equipment but I've yet to use it as I'm an extremely busy executive. This product is not simply workout equipment, but also includes a subscription service that is not clearly communicated upfront, and buyers should be aware of this before purchasing. Apparently it is free for 28 days and then they start automatically charging you.
I attempted to cancel the subscription the same day I was charged—well within 24 hours—and before ever logging in or using the trial. I was informed that cancellation was not possible. I was also told the system did not allow same-day or immediate cancellations. My only option was to dispute the charge through my credit card company.
This experience has been frustrating and misleading, and I believe it is important for potential customers to understand how the subscription and cancellation process actually works before making a purchase.

Finished my 28 day Pilates challenge and it does work as long as you stay consistent.
I’m a mother of 4 whom belly is not to my liking so I had to do something rather than nothing and I have lost about an inch in my belly area in a month. (P.S. I have not been dieting either)

Unwanted Charges
So apparently, this was supposed to be a free 28 day trial. I ordered the board on December 18, received the board December 28th, looked at my bank account yesterday January 17 and saw they took out 39.99 for a membership fee. I didnt even sign up for a membership and even if I did I (which I didn't!), I did not even get a free 28 days. I was under the impression the 28 days would start when you actually signed up for it and not the day it was purchased when you dont even have the board!!!. Even more hilarious... I haven't even used the app, nor did I even open the damn box yet!!! I have contacted customer service and I am getting a run around now. Just warning everyone to be careful of unwanted fees that you never signed up for. I will be calling my bank and most likely returning the board as well. I will get it somwhere else without shady fees!!! **Emails back and forth and they will not reimburse the charge. I am calling my bank and also reported to BBB and Comsumer Affairs.
So happy I did this
I have no complaints and a lot of praise! The community and coaches are very supportive and encouraging, the workouts are challenging but doable although I definitely had to modify quite a bit at the beginning. I began noticing positive changes in my body within a couple weeks!
Yes, it took almost a month to get my board but there are many workouts available that don’t require it and will help you get the gist of what you are getting into!
Customer service resolved a payment issue within a week. Ok, my issue was originally denied but one additional email later and it was resolved.
I had no intentions of continuing the subscription but now I can’t see myself without it. I would genuinely miss the people I have “met” and I know I would not continue the exercises without their encouragement. I have already recommended the program to friends.

Awful company to deal with
What an awful company to deal with. Ordered as a christmas gift for someone. It arrived 2 weeks late with no apology when I chased the order.
2 weeks later another charge appeared on my credit card. When I finally had a reply they had kept my payment details and with consent signed me up to a monthly subscription. After several emails back and forth with someone called Lily regarding a refund I was told they couldn't do anything now it had gone through, and sent a link to cancel my subscription (which I hadn't taken out, because I didn't agree nor agreed for them to keep my card details) yo find that the page doesn't work so now I am left with no option but to take this to my card company to deal with...... Please stay away from this company.
Kicked out after a couple of weeks
Initially, it was good but if you did not log into the program for a couple of weeks, for whatever reason, they kick you out with no explanation. As someone who paid for a lifetime memebership, it shouldn’t matter if I didn’t log in for a whole year. It’s paid for!
