After one and half years' experiences, I would like to modify my review of 2016 in order not to mislead anyone. The sales experiences were excellent. The house quality especially the VVS is a little bit annoying. It seems all after-sales service only relies on one person Joachim, who is occupied by new construction sites and not easy to respond on time. Anyway the experience is acceptable, however it's misleading to others if giving a 5 star.

The project manager Joachim is very patient to give us the technical details and help to arrange the handover. We have a very satisfied experience for this deal.
