Extremely BAD customer service!!
I called the place before visiting to get some info regarding contact lenses and glasses. Firstly, the owner spoke very arrogantly with us and was getting annoyed about giving info. So I said, we will come by to try a pair of glasses and see if we like anything.
When my son and I went there, the owner spoke extremely rudely with us as if we shouldn't have come by.
It's a store in the mall... And people will come by to look at the designs.
I told him, you are talking to me as if we are not allowed to look at the glasses you have.
I would NOT recommend this place!
The owner doesn't want to guide you and is very arrogant. He had no customers in the store and he was still having problem us looking at his collection.
Very very bad experience. A place which doesn't know how to deal with customers.
