The customer service is run without any rules. You queue for lots of time and then they cut you off or people pick up and say hold on and put you back into the queue.

My wife has the same company for her breakdown cover and we are really pleased with it. So decided to use the same company for mine. Very competitive price through Money Supermarket. Would definitely recommend

Awe-full experience
Awe-full experience, very rude and patronizing. Repeatedly stated we would only be able to be towed 20miles and refused to get us home. Sent a small truck
To pick up a 3.5tonne tipper truck which obviously won't work, and would be very dangerous. I had to pay £670 to get towed in The end from a very reputable company who did send the correct vehicle amd towed us home.
This is a broker who sends random vehicles who are subcontracted amd with no consideration to the stranded motorist.

Auto Renew - Like it or not!
When taking out my policy, I insisted I did NOT want "Auto Renew".
A month before my policy expired, I received an email saying it would auto renew! I replied the same day saying I did NOT want that. I also filled in a form on their website saying I did not want to renew...
They renewed the policy anyway - Four days before it became due - and charged me for it.
Cowboys! Choose any other provider even if it costs a few pennies more!

Do not use under any circumstances
Do not use under any circumstances. Their aim is to try to collect premiums and not come out to you. They tried to say my vehicle wasn’t insured when it fully showed insured on askmid after a cherished plate change. They were saying not on the system they are using. Refusing to talk to my insurance company. Just won’t come out. Now dealing with a solicitor to get the annual premium reimbursed.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Absolutely terrible. Came out to recover my car what wouldnt start, couldnt tell me what was wrong with it then got my dad to tow it up and down the road, then when that didnt work ( its an eco boost so wasnt going to) he said ok your dad can tow you to the garage! Then left! My car is still broken in the same place, luckily my dad was there as i was stranded with my son!! No help at all and has absolutely destroyed the engine in my car now.

I cant comment on the service yet as luckily haven't had a breakdown.
To purchase this it was straight forward and has clear guidelines on numbers to call if you do have an issue.
The price was reasonable too.

AVOID!!
I wouldn’t even give this company one star. They were happy to leave me stranded today with no care or concern for my safety or welfare.
The first mechanic they sent gave me incorrect advice and assistance, instead of putting this right, I was told I would have to pay £150 simply to be jump-started.
The mechanic was unhelpful, and the customer service team on the phone were just as bad. It felt as though they were only interested in getting more money from me at a time when I needed help, despite the annual fee I already pay.
Absolutely appalling service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I certainly will not re-new or ever use them again.
