Awful!
Useless company. Refused to come out to my car because it was on herringbone paving (my driveway) as they said they wouldn’t be able to recover the vehicle. This is a normal driveway that the majority of houses have. Also refused to come out to even inspect the issue without recovering it! Excuse after excuse and would not offer a suggestion or solution. Would not recommend and will not be renewing with them.

Following being stranded in a different…
Following being stranded in a different part of the country we called for assistance
We were told We would have to find a garage for the vehicle to be removed to, we asked which garage, don't know the area, and which garage would come out at this time (was late) , the response was, that we would have to find a garage - down to us.
When asked to recheck policy, we were responded with "I don't need to check, Ive been working here for 4 years" The responses were abrupt, cold and uncaring.
No mention of a garage list, no mention of hotel or travel options
I understand the policy, and its restrictions, however the call, left me concerned, and worried for myself and my children, stranded in a different part of the country. If my wife was to be stranded similarly, and called, and received this response, I fear the way they would have handled it.
The response from 2gether was - 'The call handler offered the assistance in line with your cover offering'
Pathetic!
Response - Following my review, 2Gether responded by asking me to get in touch with them, to clarify - I have raised my issues with them, and they have been extremely dismissive - basically saying oh well, and theres nothing you can do about it. The response to this review is insincere, and disapointing.

Five stars for the easy sign-up process…
Five stars for the easy sign-up process and a good price for the year. Was let down by RAC on a recent would-be call out so was looking for a different cover after expiry of the last, and found this.
Can’t mark it all overall as haven’t had to use the service yet in full to test it out. But also hopefully won’t have to!

I broke down on a busy dual carriage…
I broke down on a busy dual carriage way with a baby and two children with additional needs (ADHD/Autisim). I was told waiting was 2 hours, even on priority! By the time the recovery came I had been left for 3 hours waiting at the side of a busy road with three children whilst Lorry’s were thundering past. Needless to say I will be cancelling this breakdown cover and going with someone else!
However I will say the recovery guy was great

Don’t bother taking a policy out with…
Don’t bother taking a policy out with this company, they will only take you to nearest garage, they will not take you and your vehicle home. They are not mechanics that drive recovery vehicles and will only effect a spare wheel change or a battery check. I have been left in a very difficult position by them.

I think being on hold for 40 mins…
I think being on hold for 40 mins before being able to speak to an operator is unacceptable. I then had to wait 130 mins for the recovery driver to arrival. I’ve had my insurance for 2 years and this is the first time I’ve had to call. Based how long I had to wait to speak to someone I won’t be renewing my membership.
