Lisa is awful, full of nonsense, their let was agreed on the 15th, she asks me on the 20th what I do for a living, and then I tell her, and she ignores me even though I'm educated and having been running a high income media business since 2023. I then rang them and they constantly avoided telling me who their manager is and tried to take zero ownership of how they treated their customer.

Lisa and her team were a massive help when renting out my home in Sidcup! Honest, reliable and was always there when needed! Not to mention the tenant was also lovely! Would 100% recommend!

Worst letting agents to date. The amount of fake reviews shows it all.

Uncouth, unprofessional, and somewhat clueless business. Basic lack of spelling, grammar and basic politeness says it all.

Lisa has managed my property for almost 10 years and has been absolutely brilliant! She and her team have been super speedy in dealing with any issues, recommended really competent trades people, and just made everything pain free. She has also dealt with the sale of my property and again I really could not have asked for more! I really have appreciated all of Lisa and her teams help and support over the years and very happy to recommend 2lethomes.

I’ve been a tenant with this agency for around 5 years now, and I can confidently say they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring.
Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail.

Have had a really good experience with the company and Lisa especially. I’ve been a tenant for two years now with my little girl. Lisa and the team from start to finished helped me move into my property perfectly, live so peacefully and any problems have been rectified as soon as an issue has occurred. Great great company! Poor Communication and Lack of Support

We have had a really frustrating experience with them. Totally shocked at the lack of professionalism and empathy. The Boss LISA is the worst, SUE isnt that far. Glad, we are not with them anymore. If you’re looking for a supportive, respectful agency — I would look elsewhere.

AVOID THESE VIAL PEOPLE! Incompetent, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I won't bore people with the ins & outs of my experience with this company. But they were literally CRUEL to me! The Boss Lisa Howlett is absolutely VIAL. Sarah & Sue aren't far behind. Clearly under her spell. They caused me an unimaginable amount of STRESS & UPSET for no reason whatsoever!? Just seem to get a kick out of it? If my home was going to be "managed" by them? I'd never have moved in!? Saying this, upon first contact with my landlord a few days after moving in. He said he was very surprised to hear a tenant was moving in!? As he'd told the agent he'd decided to sell. Something this CORRUPT company FAILED to mention. In fact, they said it would be a long term let. Absolutely Disgusting!

They look after my property for me. Very helpful! My rent is always paid on time etc. highly recommend this company. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We've been renting from 2lethomes for just over a year and have received fantastic service so far. Whenever an issue has arisen, it's been dealt with quickly and professionally, and any repairs we've needed have been carried out to a high standard.

Lisa and her team in the office are always available and get back to us in good time with appointments etc. What I especially appreciate is that everything is very transparent and Lisa is a straight talker who will tell you how things are and doesn't sugarcoat or try to be deceptive. Very rare in the renters market!

Lisa at 2let homes has amazing customer service they are the best letting agency I have ever used . The process is very smooth they are very friendly and sort out any issue very quickly I doubt I’ll be renting from anyone else ever again as they are the BEST xx 💓🎀

When we moved in to our property there were issues that needed to be dealt with, but the team at 2let homes got them sorted as quick as they possibly could, never had an issue with emails, texts or phone calls being returned, infact Lisa was ringing me on occasions to find out how the work was progressing, so as a whole I'd definitely use 2let homes again if I needed to.

I have been a tenant with 2 let homes for almost 4 years, and I did had a good experience. The rental process went very smoothly and in a timely manner.
During the tenancy, I did not have any issues and I was able to communicate well with the agency when needed. All the staff and management were very helpful and making everything possible to resolve issues.

Removed the Google profile with terrible reviews to buy fake positive ones on TrustPilot.

A Scammy estate agent who will invent reasons to deduct from your deposit and delay the process of claiming back through the DPS with fake evidence.

Continued to be emailed with information about the property as if we lived there over a year after we had moved out.

Total incompetence at every level.

I’ve had a really easy time with them . Really helpful with the documentation and everything. I’ve never had to wait long for any response . Lisa was always sharp for appointments and easy going person. Hopefully we will keep the good connections .
