When everything goes perfectly, you take it for granted. When it doesn't you find out how a company really works. We ordered a Steelcase Leap and it arrived promptly,,,,with one castor broken in transit. One phone call and 24hrs later, we had a complete set of new castors at no extra charge. It was already a good deal and this prompt service made it worth leaving a review.

The chair was pretty much 'as new' with tiny bits of wear only on the pedestal.

The prices are already very keen, but with the extra protecton of a warranty, no fuss courier delivery and a proper backup service, I would struggle to find a better all round deal. This level of service is essential if you're spending a lot of time working from home or you're a small business.

Thank god for companies like 2NDHND, who cured my bad back (and knee - don't ask) with the help of a RH Logic chair. Delivery was within 2 weeks, and they sent a replacement armrest pad after noticing mine was cracked. Can't fault their service.

I'm now the proud owner of a near perfect chair for a fraction of the retail price.

I also think the delivery team are doing a fine job servicing the whole country, a bespoke service with good email coms. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Honestly the worst communication I've experienced with a purchase. Although very cheap compared to new RRP, £349 is a large chunk of cash for a chair (Herman Millar Mirra). Had to chase for a delivery date and was told 10-14 days. Chased after 16 working days and was told the next week - this pattern continued over 12 emails and two months and eventually I became concerned about problems after delivery if anything was not right with it.

They got an extra star for reimbursement without argument and the refund arrived in my account on the 7th working day, as they informed me.

I suspect they do reasonable refurbs and in ordinary circumstances (potentially they are struggling with effects of covid-19 on supply chain), but do be wary of you need your product promptly.

Delivered great Steelcase Leap chair to my home, lift out of action, carried it up 3 floors, the brown leather looks like new.
