Proper Fitting

I`m writing to commend Nate Tobias on his professional and knowledgeable service. I feel like after all of my tries to be fitted properly it`s finally happening. I look forward to the next phase.

Thanks, Mike Marchi

I don't write a lot of reviews but I…

I don't write a lot of reviews but I have to tell my story. You can tell by the star it wasn't a good experience. I had sent trade ins in to them a couple times and really only had to call to make sure I was given the trade in bonus. Not too big of a deal but a little crooked. this last one was a nightmare though. To day dishonest isn't correct it was theft. I sent in an entire set of irons and a fairway wood. The set was progressive and wasn't the same model all the way through. I made the mistake of marking one of my clubs as a different model. Rather than call me and tell me there was a trade in difference they just omitted it and now say I never sent it. they took a club from me and I don't seem to have any recourse other than this. The customer service people are rude and insist they don't do anything wrong. It is a hard pill to swallow but if it helps you not make my mistake I'm vindicated. They are not honest and make no bones about it. Do not buy or trade with them very dishonest!

Sent clubs in and they told me to use my credit i had to convert it to a gift card. They converted it and then when they didn't have the club i wanted would not give me my money for the clubs! Sneaky way for them to keep your Money and Clubs! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I sent 2nd swing an almost new Epic Callaway driver. I agreed to their purchase price and 4 weeks later, I have not received my check. I cannot recommend selling anything to them when they can't pay you for it!

Customer Service Sucks

Good products and the prices are fair. However getting my site credit for the clubs I traded in has been a hassle. They seem to be insistent that you call their sales people to have your credit applied to an online order. I just want to have the credit assigned to my account so that I can apply it when and how I want. Feels like they're making me jump through hoops to get access to MY money. Customer service is also terrible. Non responsive and very unhelpful.

Never use 2nd Swing!!!!!

Ordered a set of clubs listed on their website, first the clubs arrived late but they sent me the wrong clubs because the listing was wrong. The guy I talked to in customer service acted as though it was my fault. I was then told to return the clubs, they would give me a store credit and I could then purchase the correct clubs. after several calls they agreed to ship out the correct clubs once these were shipped back. Sent the old ones back and they sent me the correct clubs, only they sent them to the wrong address. Called them to have them call to change the address with fedex and was told they did. They did not call jsut changed it in their system. So they have been shipped to the wrong address and fedex will not change it. The shipper must do that, so I get to call and hear how they have made another mistake but hey it is only the customer that suffers, they could care less and DO NOT stand behind what they are selling nor do they take accountability for their mistakes.

Sold

Sold. A set of irons to 2nd swing in June, a month later on July 6th they finally got around to giving me a price on the irons. Which was $40 less then what they quoted on website and told me in email I would receive the money via PayPal in four days. It is now August 8th and I have called them twice and still haven’t received the money. You would be better off going to play it again sports to sell your clubs. This company is a scam in my opinion and will never do business with them again. Reading other reviews I see I’m not alone. Maybe class action lawsuit may be in order

Purchased a club from 2nd Swing Golf…

Purchased a club from 2nd Swing Golf through eBay after watching club reviews on the youtube channel. They make out that they are a custom fit centre but were not prepared to swing weight the club I purchased. I also found the staff attitude arrogant and condescending similar to other reviews. First time that I have come across a company that is so unhelpful and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Poor and condescending customer service

The web page listed a posting at a specified price yet when I went to check out to purchase the item it went up $100! I dealt with multiple contacts in the company, which I documented, only to end up with a very unprofessional, dismissive and highly condescending Eric! Interestingly I got a similar dismissive email from this very person days earlier re: another simple question I had. This company has no integrity but only offers flimsy excuses on why they would not honor a clear price listing on their website, rather they expect the customer to be the one to yield to their error! Beware!!

Highly Recommend

I have not sold them clubs. However, I have bought and returned clubs. Pricing is great. Products are as described, and they usually arrive ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Expect to wait at least a month for them to process anything that you are selling to them

In mid-may I sent them clubs to be traded in / sold. They receive them in early June and I still have yet to be paid and it's almost July I called him repeatedly and they gave me the run around every single time telling me it'll be in there tomorrow check your PayPal account it will be in there tomorrow I don't know about buying things from them but I would caution anyone about against selling stuff to them. I will never use them again

I sold a set of Ping G15 irons to them…

I sold a set of Ping G15 irons to them and listed the condition as average. They actually have nearly new grips on them. They valued them at $195. Yesterday I go an email saying they were below average and I would only be receiving $101. Additionally they have had the clubs for 3 weeks and I still have not been paid. The clubs are in really good condition and I believe the retail value for the set of 9 irons is around $325. I will never do business with them again and would recommend you don't do business. Had I known they were only going to pay me $101 I would have never sold them to them. Big time rip off!

Make sure you check prices on google…

Make sure you check prices on google before buying. They put retail prices that are not at all correct and try to sell you used clubs based on that fake retail price.
example. This company says Mizuno JPX 921 5-PW retail cost is 1,399.99 that is $233 a club. They are selling them used for 1009.99 (Used Mint) You actually can buy them brand new custom built for $1049.94 or less. So just be smart and do your research. Talked to them in chat on site and their response was "they are mint" and ended chat so would I use this company? NOPE........

James Robinson great fitting

Had James Robinson as a fitter today at 2nd Swing in DE. Great experience, very knowledgeable, very thorough, not only provided guidance on irons, and shaft choice, but open my eyes a bit on putter choice. Highly recommend the process and James as a fitter.

Thank you, 2nd Swing Golf

2nd Swing has been a great company for trade-in golf clubs. I Was very pleased with the service and courteous service that 2nd Swing provides. Purchased a USED Ping G410 Driver, USED G410 #2 Hybrid, USED Callaway Mavrik 6-PW irons, USED Callway CB 52 degree and a Callaway CB 56 degree wedges. I couldn't be more pleased. I was assured I could return a set of…

I was assured I could return a set of irons I changed my mind about because of two week delay as a result of winter storms. I was given an RMA# for the return.

I paid $269.99 for the irons, but they only refunded about $184.00 to PayPal.

Today I got an email saying the condition of the MP-57 irons I sent were below average, and not average as I had valued them. The reason: heavily worn and brown areas on face and soles. These irons were NOT worn as described.

Because they are forgings, and because Mizuno irons tend to wear on the faces because of heavy use, they want to claim that mine were extremely worn.

Beware of doing business with 2nd Swing. They have lost my business....
