Compared with the old Pacific product, which was purchased more than 20 years ago, the new machine is much more powerful, quiet, pretty, easier to operate and clean up.

There is a noticeable gap on left side between two pieces, right side has smaller gap. The large inside panel is thin with no rib across to eliminate the move when I lightly push it. However, it does not affect the performance. A floor scratch was made by the step ladder I noticed after installation.

The display is dim, not clear at all. The fan does not seem very powerful at its full speed.

The fans should move about 1 inch toward the front. When I cook using the front burners, the steam/smoke does not pull to the fans quickly enough. Therefore, the steam/smoke escapes out to the front of the hood.
