Customer service from these guys was tremendous. Spoke with a member of the team (Ryan I think?) who was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on what product was best for my body shape.

Surprised my 6'10 boyfriend with some 2tall jeans and he loves them. Thank you.

The suits are fantastic. Fit like a glove and very well priced.

Finally a company that produces good quality clothes, great fitting for our teen son. Customer service was exemplary. Would highly recommend them to anyone, wanting true tall sized clothing.

the service I have been provided is excellent. cannot fault them with their customer service. I had ordered a size too big. sent the shoes back, got the next size down, no problems anywhere along the line, very pleased with the service. thankyou 2tall!! very pleased with my larger than life trainers!! :)

Clothes are expensive for the quality, but as a taller slim person, unfortunately we do get charged a premium for clothes. This in itself would not have caused me an issue. What did cause me an issue was the following:
I purchased a pair of training trousers, at £40. Not cheap, but whatever. Within 3 months they had started to develop holes in the crotch. I didn't really wear them that much either. I put it down to bad luck and when the holes got too big I just chucked them away. This was 2018.
In 2019 I purchased a second pair of joggers, different model, for £40. Within two washes, one of the metal rings at the entry hole for the drawstring had fallen off and was in my washing machine. Within 5 months these joggers also had holes on the inside seam near the crotch. This time I wasn't willing to accept the poor manufacturing quality, so I sent a complaint email to 2tall, including photos of the issues. This was just before Christmas 2019 - I've heard nothing from them. I won't buy from them again, because of the poor quality and lack of customer service response.

EDIT: 2tall have responded and offered a replacement pair of joggers. They say they did not receive my original email, which I am prepared to accept as true. Star rating increased to 4 stars, as the customer care seems good when they become aware of a problem, however I still have my doubts as to the quality of the product. I will see how the replacement pair holds up.

EDIT: 2tall have offered me a choice of replacement and, having chosen, they have dispatched immediately - within minutes. Honestly, I couldn't ask for better service than this.

My partner is 6'4" and was SO HAPPY to get a long sleeve top that actually fit his frame. He can stretch comfortably!! Thank you so much, we will be ordering many more times xx

Wasn't sure if this site would live up to it's claims, but they definitely do. It's really nice to find a site that just caters for tall guys, rather than big and tall ones. Fit was spot on for me.

And even with the pandemic in full effect, the free delivery only took 2 days. I will be returning.

Bought some shirts from M+S that wouldn't have fitted anyone over 6'2" so returned them and bought from 2tall instead. Size guide info in the page was useful, and when they arrived they fit great. For me, the length and fit are both spot on.

Ok service when ordering. But when something needs to be changed, their return policy is so complicated that I gave up in the end.
I would recommend anyone to shop here, solely due to their return policy.

Great customer service, they went above and beyond to help me receive a parcel that FedEx messed up the delivery on. They rang several times to keep me updated and to help me out, which was most appreciated. The items - waterproof coat & matching trousers - are really good quality & fit, at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with this company.

Bought sweat pants a year ago or so, there were lint balls all over after having them for the first time??? Like almost instantly? Never thougt that this would be possible... Same thing happened to all three pairs. Not good enough.

The only place to make jeans that do not need to hang from the hips in order to reach the ankles! At last, my son has jeans and sweatshirts that fit his long arms and legs. Very efficient service too.

Im 6' 4" tall and im 34. Never in my life have I had such well fitted tshirts. No more showing off my midriff when reaching for something higher than shoulder height. I had an issue with one of the items I purchased and I emailed them to let them know and they responded almost immediately, replacing the item for free. Great customer service and great quality. I look forward to not showing my socks in my jeans soon.

Im 6ft 4 and this is my 4th/5th order from 2tall. I've bought shirts, t-shirts, jeans & joggers and honestly some of the best fitting clothing for my build. The only thing I can say is an issue is the neck size on the t-shirts is a bit too big (too big for me 'personally'). All in all good quality clothing and will buy more clothing 100%

I bloody love this site. I am 6ft6, with broad shoulders, large/wide feet, and small(ish!) waist. This is the only site I have found so far which makes clothes and shoes which fit, but also look good/fashionable.

I love that I can buy t-shirts which, if I raise my arms, still cover my stomach and don't ride up. I can buy smart shirts confident in the knowledge that I won't need to roll up my sleeves. I can shop for large size shoes without any issues, finding sizes 13.5 and 14 sizes problem. I can even buy skinny trousers!!! normally if I were to try that at a different shop I wouldn't be able to get my legs in the holes.

Since discovering them I have bought 4 polo shirts, 2 t-shirts, 2 smart shirts, 2 pairs of chinos, and 2 pairs of trainers. All items were of high quality as I wore most items on a daily basis.

Tall people need to try this site. It's head and shoulders above the competition! :P

Excellent experience to date! I’m not on the extreme end of the scale but 6.6”, a size 34 waste and 40 chest and like a slim fit - This company has made it easy to find and buy suitable trousers, shirts and jackets!

Delivery has been good, clothes decent quality and whilst maybe slightly more expensive than sourcing elsewhere having everything under one roof and available via a reputable company makes it worth while.
