A dream, an idea, a concept to encompass all things exciting, 
304 was created by three friends, who met at University,
 now living out of apartment 304.
 The Plan; to have a summer to beat all summers; from festivals to holidays, to festivals on holiday, 304 was created with an idea of standing out. After numerous nights out discussing ideas, numerous nights out NOT discussing ideas, days lost to cutting out letters,
 hours of ironing, the first handmade vests were produced. Numerous emails and messages from friends, and friends of friends, enquiring about where to get hold of these vests.
The revolution was beginning... All it took was one photograph of Apartment 304 and the brand was born.

2 week dispatch, empty promises, no communication.

My order has not been dispatched in 2 weeks. I received communication with promise of dispatch last week but still nothing else. All other retailers are delivering on time even during these courier strikes and black Friday but 304 are using this as an excuse. Don't order from here they have 0 customer service and throw empty promises and emails filled with waffle for their disaster of management. Stay away from them.

Further edit: item still not dispatched and now no responses from customer service. Raising a payment dispute.

They have the nerve to send out an email to their mailing list saying "next day DHL delivery now available" and yet they still havnt dispatched orders from 2 weeks ago.

Absolutely Terrible

So far, not so good.

Order was placed on 29th November and is yet to be dispatched. So far both Black Friday, and now Royal Mail have been blamed.

I’m failing to see though how Royal Mail can be at fault here when the item is yet to be dispatched 7 working days later.

I have ordered from a number of different retailers near Black Friday weekend and none have had any delays.

17th December: advised yesterday my order would at long last be shipped next day via FedEx after raising a payment dispute with my bank.

Receiving a telephone call today from a lady 4 hours drive from me who has received my parcel, with my personal details inside, so I guess I will be receiving hers on Monday.

Utterly ridiculous.

Broken seam

Bought a jogger at 304. Looks amazing and I wore this once. The whole seam at the butt is broken. Two holes and the seam is apart. All they wanted to do was send a 40 percent refund. Purely because it was already worn and there were no other complaints. I think this is very unfortunate and there was nothing else possible. All proofs also sent.

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery and…

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery and after 4 days haven’t even got a confirmation email of delivery and the link doesn’t work to track the delivery. Going away on Friday, and no way to contact.

Revised review

Revising my review based on a reply still not overly happy with the company as they refuse to give a refund and only a. Credit which I don’t agree with when I am entitled to have my money back if the item isn’t right however after several e-mails a refund was given shame was so difficult as I really like their clothes just rather not have credit when I don’t like the time or doesn’t fit correctly

Lovely clothes

Lovely clothes, original designs you don't find elsewhere. Material feels good. Only complaint is the hood on the hoodie is purely for show because it doesn't fit over my head.

Worth every penny…

The best quality materials I've felt in a long time. I hate buying hoodys and jumpers because I never find that right thickness, these look comfy, they're soft, great quality and the styles are great. Will definitely be ordering more.

I have been a customer for years now, this brand is by far my favourite. The cycle shorts and leggings are insane fits! The hoodies are amazing quality and sooo comfy! The T-shirts I wear to the gym and to lounge in I absolutely love every single thing about this brand. They do the best comfy airport fits 🤌🏻😍 love love love 1000000/10 ❤️

Fixing my issue

After a bit of confusion over receiving my free hoodie, the team at 304 were superb in how they dealt with the issue.
I cannot fault the quality of the products and how my query was dealt with.
Definitely worth spending some money here.....I will be again.

Part of my order was missing

Part of my order was missing, due to to a mistake in my ordering process, it was for a free hoody, I selected the size but something happened that it never went through onto my order. After contacting customer service they were able to sort my order out, and hoody is on its way. Simple mistake but to double check order in future.

Made an order and whilst ordering there…

Made an order and whilst ordering there was a promotion for a free hoodie in a gif format, where it stated free hoodie then a single picture of a particular hoodie, so i made an order expecting to receive that hoodie as pictured. The promotion has since changed since i made an order, I received a hoodie that was horrible and nothing like the one pictured. False advertisement! They will not rectify it.

Ordered the £100 build your own box

Ordered the £100 build your own box, got 3 hoodies, a t-shirt, shorts & 2 pairs of socks ( got a free hoodie for spending over £60) Delivery was quick & the quality of the tops is really good, will definitely be back to buy some more.

Faulty order!

Received my order, loved the style and look of the tshirt, however, when I put it on to wear for the first time, I noticed four holes in one of the sleeves. I have emailed their customer service team but after reading some of the reviews on hear, I’m not anticipating a positive reply.

deliveries…

A few times I've ordered and deliveries are never what is stated (2-3days) it's always been over a week and my current order is still not here 7 days later it's still in Birmingham and I'm in Glasgow....
