Mixed Experience, but the Product Quality Won Me Over
I had a frustrating experience initially with 32 Degrees. After placing my order, the first tracking number I received was incorrect, and despite reaching out via email, I didn’t get any response, which added to my disappointment.
However, my package eventually arrived, and I have to say that the quality of the product completely astonished me. It’s clear that 32 Degrees delivers on excellence when it comes to their products, and I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase.
While the lack of communication and the tracking issue were frustrating, the incredible quality of the product made it worth the wait. I hope the company can improve their customer service to match the exceptional standard of their merchandise.

Delays
Delays, delays, delays!! I'm still not sure I will even get my order. If you are a legit business. Then, why do you not prepare ahead of time for high volume sales periods. I would bot recommend ordering. Unless you are willing to wait for a month or more.
cyber monday mishap
I placed an order for cyber Monday for a good chunk of change. I waited 5 business days before emailing them. I finally sent them an email and I get a response 10 min later saying, "don't forget to checkout"! like the order was never created even though they sure charged me $130 and gave me an order # soon as it was placed. I have the receipts in my e-mail.
I placed my order on Monday Dec. 2nd and its now Friday it's been 5 entire business days on the dot and no shipping label ever created.
I could've spent that money on other things on cyber Monday as my budget was limited. Sounds like it's not just cyber Monday either, go look into some reddit pages this happens all the time.
Poor customer service
I received my order today (11 days for shipping... beware) one of my items was not the size I ordered. Their mistake). I won't have time to return and wait for the replacement since I need to mail for a Christmas gift. This inconvenience is enough. I'll not be ordering again.

32 Degrees- Stay Away
They're a bunch of liars based on what they claim on their website in writing. Even if you pay for extra for expedited shipping they don't even have it fulfilled within the three business days. They have zero respect for their customers so don't expect your items to get there as they state on their website even if you pay for expedited shipping. They have excuses for everything. No respect for items that need to be gifts given to people. They don't keep you updated regarding your shipment, you have to contact them to find out that they haven't even packed it yet and cannot even tell you when it's going to be shipped. Don't get taken in by their cheap prices. No respect for their customers at all, once they get your order/money.

There shipping is horrible. Customer service unable to provide shipping status and only replied "it has left the warehouse. The tracking numbers are incorrect. They are USPS numbers, however when inquiring on line they send you to UPS. I love the things I got from them, but there shipping standards are a headache I don't need.

They did this to me and refused to ship the other half of my order unless I paid for shipping. It is really weird, but they have no customer service at all, just some ai email bots, so there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. It's just straight up fraud! Free shipping until you've received half your order and then they hold your other half of your order hostage until you pay shipping!

I will try and make this short. I purchased 3 items for my husband, all in extra large, when I received the items, 2 were the correct extra large the 3rd item itself was correct, However, they sent a medium instead of the XL. I had to put in for an exchange, it went very smooth. I got my exchange. I got the extra large, however, when my husband put it on, it was too long in the sleeves, so I actually wanted to exchange it for a large mind you, the first exchange was not my fault they sent the wrong item to begin with or size so I requested a exchange and got denied!! Been going back-and-forth with these people!!! ( this would be the first time I have had to exchange it on my terms) I will never purchase from them again. Their return policy/ exchange policy is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. All I can say is if you do make a purchase from them, make sure that whatever you buy from there it’s gonna fit because you can only exchange at once and then you’re stuck with it. This place is a joke.

Low quality and poor customer service
I made a purchase and when I tried to cancel it to modify it, I sent the email immediately but the customer service blocked it for 30 minutes and thus prevented cancellations, which according to their policy is in 30 minutes. When you finally contact customer service they are really useless. I received my order, the product is low. quality, I must return it now I must pay extra for the mediocrity of their service and products
I bought the WOMEN'S LIGHTWEIGHT…
I bought the WOMEN'S LIGHTWEIGHT POLY-FILL PACKABLE HOODED JACKET BLACK / L, $19.99. I had been searching for a few months for the perfect choice. I saw this company in Wirecutter (NY Times).
It just arrived so I cannot speak to how it will wear over time, however what I like is:
- The price is unbelievable - amazing.
- At 5 feet tall, 136 lbs the L jacket is the right length. This is not easy to find.
- The length of the arms is perfect.
- I love that it has a hood, in case I do not have a hat with me when I am out.
- It's lightweight and not too puffy and bulky.
One thing that is not ideal is that the jacket is a bit big (the width), but just a bit. In the back at the waist - that is the main area that I wish was a bit tailored in for a more hourglass shape. So it's a tiny bit boxy in shape for me but the length - at the upper to mid thigh makes up for that. The proportion looks right. I didn't want to exchange it for a M because I am not sure if the M would be too tight.
So I'm keeping this jacket and looking forward to wearing it.

I have ordered leggings and tops from 32 degrees just recently. I had never ordered from them before but I will be ordering again. The material is the softest and the quality of the products is excellent. They washed well they are put together well they feel good when you wear them. Five stars all the way!!

I have 4 skorts because I like the fit and colors, However, after a little bit of time the color fades in the sun. Pink, blue & green all faded on the bottom half if you leave your shirt untucked. Now I don’t golf in them, demoted to wearing around the house and for gardening. Sad.
postal service delivery stinks
The postal service employee must have literally stood there and punched my package repeatedly until it was all smashed into my mailbox. Hey, you have choices who you contract with for delivery, and unless I ever accidentally find out you no longer use the postal service I won't need to order anything ever again.
Poor quality
Why in the world would I pay to return an item I received damaged? I will no longer be buying from this site. This is the 2nd damaged item. The first time I didn't say anything but now I am and I get penalized for returning poor quality. The shirt is ripped. What's ironic is they charge shipping on goods purchased and then they turn around and charge shipping for a damaged item. Isn't that double dipping. Long time customer no more.

great quality and quick delivery
I ordered a few pairs of undergarments, comfy pants, and a tank top dress. The fabric is very soft and I'm very glad I can incorporate these into my wardrobe. Everything was S/M. Missed the free tote by a few hours though
