Do not buy from them!!! Customer service sucks and will not help you with your order!!! Was happy with their product but customer service goes a long way! If I could cancel my order, I would! But I can't!

Return policies are abysmal

Return policies are abysmal. If you're ordering something from them you better know your size in that exact item because you can't return/exchange it without paying fees or following ridiculous policies.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered two items with express shipping. First, the order was delayed and then only half of the order was received. Customer service is non responsive. You are better off spending a little more money on actual quality items from a quality company

Unmatched value

Unmatched value. The quality isn't refined but the style, serviceability and PRICE are amazing.

I first bought 6 pairs of no-show socks for $7.99 including shipping! I was still skeptical so over the next few weeks, I washed them in my washing machine - they held up perfectly.

So....I bought 6 more pairs of the socks, a hoodie and a pair of pants for - wait for it - $14.99 including shipping!
The socks are of course good and the hoodie amazing - the pants weren't quite what I expected so at these prices - I'll donate them. A win all around!!

32 Degrees never sent the jacket I ordered then told me to place a 2nd order

I ordered a jacket from 32 Degrees. They sent me the wrong items, refunded me, and then told me to try placing a second order because it's the company policy not to make replacements - even though I don't need a replacement, I need the item I ordered and never received. If it's too much of a hassle for 32 Degrees to just send me what I ordered or even fix their mistake in sending me the wrong items, then it's too much of a hassle for me to place a second order in the hopes that they get the order right this time.

This company is fantastic

This company has terrific styles, great fits, fantastic prices and unmatched customer service. I own undergarments, baselayers, active wear and outer wear and have even at one time bought pet coats and love everything. I’ve had a few problems with various orders and customer service was prompt and so helpful. I am so glad I found this company.

Avoid this seller

Avoid this seller, they have the worst customer support you can think of. The customer service is literally non-existent. Good luck if you are trying to reach out and talk to them because there is no one you can actually talk to. Their phone number is not working, I waited on their chat for hours and nobody response. Also, their website is worthless if you reach for any support. In my case, I need to update the shipping address because it was default to the wrong address when I check out with their Shop app. I noticed it right away and try hard to reach out to correct the issue but this company is a joke and I can't get any customer support to help. Worst online shopping experience ever. I can't recommend enough to stay away from them based on my experience.
By the way, this guy got an F on BBB rating. That should tell you something. I wish I saw that before buying anything from them.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. When I ordered I was given a delivery date. This date kept being delayed. I get it, it was the holidays. When it was finally set to arrive, I was home waiting. It never came. Then when I checked the tracking, it showed that it was delivered. It NEVER was! I even had a delivery alert for the package. Never received one. Now no one wants to help find my jacket. Not this company. Not the delivery company. No one! I will not run the risk again.

32 Degrees no more!

I started shopping at 32 Degrees during the pandemic. I was happy with the quality of clothes and the prices, but recent purchases have been problematic!
Customer service is now out of the country. which wouldn't bother me If they were efficient and did what they said they were going to do!
It's not worth the money I lost during my last purchase!
I don't recommend them anymore.

Shipping charges drama

I ordered and paid for expedited shipping and there was a glitch with my order. I sent customer service an email and was promptly refunded the charges. This is amazing customer service.

Inconsistent sizing/bad sewing job

Bought the ‘down’ jacket in a XXL. It fits tighter than the vest I bought of theirs at Costco a few months ago that is big on me. I think their sizing is quite inconsistent. Also, the jacket I bought had the zipper sewn shut at thr bottom!!! I had to seam-ripper it open. WTH? I guess you get what you pay for!

Horrible customer care service

Ordered Christmas presents Nov 30. They supposedly created a label to ship with UPS. I contacted company and they refer me to a tracking number but UPS states that it is not a valid number and they never received package. Company customer service offers no additional response and no customer support. Do not order from this company. Hopefully my credit card company will assist.

Manufactured from the cheapest…

Manufactured from the cheapest materials possible, NO support, and they post a fake mailing address and phone number on the Better Business Bureau site. I suspect they will eventually go bankrupt for ripping off innocent buyers.

If you, or whomever you are shopping for prefers to squat and pee... These products are ideal. 🥴

32 degrees provides quality clothing items at an affordable price, for both high and low temperature weather.
I would rate most of the products highly, and recommend them, but the men's lower base layers are severely lacking in the groin area. Unless you are a man who sits, and/or squats to urinate, or are shopping for one, the no fly design is a horrible choice that leads to a frustrating and wet experience, especially for those of us who are well endowed and not cursed with a narrow urethra. If you are buying the various types of base layers to keep covered and/or warm...
And you are inclined to purchase 32°clothing items...
I would seriously recommend mixing your purchases with something other than 32° for the lower layers, unless you are the kind of guy who prefers to sit and/or squat to urinate, or are shopping for one.

order. There is no way to get to customer service
other than an email. The only response you get
is an automated email. There are no customer
services numbers available. This company may
have good prices, but its not worth the aggravation.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! Purchased and charged for 3 jackets only received 2. Multiple emails go unanswered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Save yourself the hassle. I gave them plenty of time/emails to rectify my order. Now contacting credit card company and better business bureau.
