Worst customer service I have…

Worst customer service I have experienced.

I ordered the taxi 3 times ( a big one ) but they either sent a small taxi or something happened in the system so the taxi never arrived.

Me + 5 girls waited outside and I ended up with ordering a taxi for the 3rd time and asked if I would get some discount due to this mistake.

The man on the line told me basically it was my fault and there was no way he would do anything to make up for this.

All my friends heard me speaking politely to the customer service guy and his reply's was incredibly rude and ended up that he hung up on me.
