Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
I regret choosing 360 Clinics for my treatment. I initially trusted them with a health procedure, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Due to a legitimate medical condition, confirmed by my doctor, I was unable to proceed with the treatment. Despite informing them and providing medical proof, they outright refused to refund my payment for services I never received.
Their handling of the situation has been unprofessional and dismissive. It is shocking that they ignored Spanish consumer law, which allows refunds for unused services under circumstances like mine. Even worse, they failed to provide a Hoja de Reclamaciones (complaints form), which is a legal requirement in Spain when requested by a customer.
I feel misled, ignored, and disrespected throughout this entire process. Businesses should prioritize customer care and fairness, but this clinic has demonstrated neither. I cannot recommend their services to anyone.
Please be cautious when dealing with this company. They essentially stole my money and stopped answering.
