360 Crue is a privately held niche´ online marketing agency specializing in full service online reputation management (ORM). 360 Crue establishes and maintains positive online reputations for businesses and professionals through consistent monitoring, engagement, and protection. Services related to ORM include reputation audits, Website (SEO) optimization, social media / review site optimization, negative review removal/suppression, review response and acquisition, mentions monitoring, and ongoing reputation management. 360 Crue was conceived in 2020 during the COVID-19 crisis to help struggling local small businesses rank better (SEO) using 360º virtual tours. Within a year, an interesting trend among 360 Crue’s clients became apparent. Many suffered from bad reviews, unclaimed online assets, poorly written copy, poorly designed websites, and problems with inconsistent and stale information. In one extreme case, a restaurant that moved to a new location failed to update the address on their Google Business Listing, unwittingly sending its would-be customers to a competitor that had since moved into their old location. By the end of year two, 360 Crue had morphed by necessity into an online reputation management firm. 360 Crue is founded by Sean Rowland, a Silicon Valley transplant whose notable achievements started at a very early age, including helping Apple Computers to roll out the first Macintosh computer on the Failure Analysis team, publishing the first high tech magazine for Hawaii and the Pacific Basin (PC Currents, 1993 – pre-.com), writing one of the first database-aware CGI scripts for delivering dynamic content over the web (ActiveCGI, 1994), publishing the first e-commerce software for Windows Server with over 10,000 retail store licenses sold worldwide (ECware, 1994), conducting the first secure international retail transaction by credit card (ECware with CyberCash and Bank of Hawai’i, 1995), and marketing the first e-commerce software product with built-in SEO capabilities (ECware with O’Reilly & Associates, 1996). In addition to decades of marketing and web app experience, Rowland is a certified PADI DiveMaster. In his free time, Rowland has enjoyed restoring antiques, cars, boats, houses and vintage electronics. Our Human Crue consists of talented web, social media, and print media experts with decades of experience building online businesses, e-commerce, marketing, publishing, copy writing, coding, and establishing and maintaining on-target brand messaging on the internet. Our Human Crue is integral in online engagement functions, ensuring that the human touch remains a valuable asset to our clients’ brand messaging. Our AI Crue (Nuatomic™) handles intelligence gathering for performing reputation and SEO audits and for developing strategy. Our AI Crue provides our Human Crue with immediate visibility into the current online reputation state of clients, thereby providing clients with top-shelf real-time solutions. Our AI Crue not only improves quality of online intelligence, it lowers our cost of operation, ensuring 360 Crue’s high caliber reputation management solutions are affordable to the widest range of businesses and professionals.
