Truly the best experience I've had working with a solicitor, Cherie was absolutely amazing - extremely efficient, patient and so lovely. The whole process purchasing a student HMO was so easy and smooth, Cherie was so knowledgable and so helpful with all our queries and any issues which arose. Honestly cannot thank you enough.

(Original review). Rang last night to enquire about release of deeds due to us moving. Was lumped onto an AI woman which asked me to speak to it like a human. As autistic, this threw me. I ended up getting into a real state and eventually got to talk to a "mean & blood" organism. This lady was helpful and passed on a message to the department to call me back that evening. No call. Not to worry. I called the number again. "It" answered. I asked to speak with a person but it continued with comments like "I see", "I hear you" - might impressive for a bunch of wires, programmes etc. I am now extremely stressed as it decided to call me Kimberley halfway through the conversation, between apologising saying it saw and heard me and was learning. Banging stress headache now. Tried to contact the site but it is not receiving anything and saying "message not sent, error, try again later".

Hoping that this will flag up and someone may get in touch as I need to talk URGENTY to them and they seem unreachable, blocked by the technology that is there to help us.

This company helped me with a property sale in a highly professional way. They kept me abreast of all developments and ensured a smooth path to completion. Many thanks.

Amazing service! Very Fast! They managed to complete mine within 4 weeks and they have fantastic knowledge on what to focus your attention on! Not just your normal Conveyancers pushing papers around... they really pay attention to the details and bring these to your attention too!
