OK in the past. Now billing issues twice this year

In the past months their service was OK. Just this year (2026) I encountered 2 billing issues.
Guys you have to up your game !
A) you can not ignore advance payments and bill again for what is paid already.
B) Make sure your path back from stipe works and does not end in nirvana
C) I think a price increase by 50% or so is a bit steep, especially considering these issues.

I hope I do not have to switch to a bigger provider or run my own server (chrishubert whatsapp-api, Baileys, WAHA)
