Terrible experience with Adored…

Terrible experience with Adored Holidays and 360 Travel Group. Despite paying in full and dealing directly with the General Managers, no hotel booking was ever confirmed, and repeated messages and calls were ignored. Staff had no authority to help, and promised resolutions were never delivered. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was shocking. We would never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

Do not book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group.

We booked a family holiday to Abu Dhabi including flights, hotel and transfers. Days before departure, we discovered only because we contacted the hotel ourselves that no hotel booking existed. Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island confirmed directly that our reservation was not on their system.

We dealt directly with Alex and Tobi, both General Managers, yet despite dealing at the highest level, the situation was handled appallingly. Alex became completely unresponsive at a critical time, with messages read and not replied to, and deadlines repeatedly missed.

Tobi repeatedly assured us a solution was coming, asked for more time, and committed to specific call back times. None of these were honoured and no resolution was ever provided.

Multiple calls to the office resulted in conversations with admin staff who confirmed there was nothing they could do because the matter sat with Alex and Tobi. This left us completely stuck, with no escalation route, no accountability, and no ownership of the issue.

We were later informed that Arabian Adventures, their provider, had cancelled bookings due to contractual issues with Adored Holidays, yet nobody proactively informed us. We were left less than 24 hours before departure, check in open, travelling with a 14 month old baby, with no accommodation and no support.

The stress and disruption caused were enormous. We lost annual leave, nursery fees, airport parking, holiday purchases, and had to urgently arrange an entirely new holiday ourselves to avoid being stranded abroad.

Any reviews mentioning individuals we did not deal with do not reflect our experience. Our interactions were with Alex, Tobi, and the wider Adored Holidays and 360 Travel Group team.

This was a complete failure of service, duty of care and professionalism. We would never book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group again and strongly urge others to avoid them.

Adored holidays / 360 travel group are…

Adored holidays / 360 travel group are awful !!!
I booked a holiday in February paid all inclusive to go to Dubai for 7 days / nights with my family
When we got there hotel said we are only booked in for 2 days
Back and forth every day , couldn’t relax or enjoy holiday .
We managed to stay for 5 days then had to pack up and leave hotel
We Had nowhere to go as not flying home for another 2 days
At the last minute they found us another hotel but not all inclusive
we then had to buy food and drinks at another cost to us.
We are owed Money
Since February I Have been ignored by various members of management , numerous calls / emails , have been made and completely ignored .
No apology , no monies refunded , no compensation
It’s been 10 months now .
I’ve Just called again today and they left me on hold for 45 minutes and nothing
I’ve been very patient but I’m left with no choice now but to seek legal advice / small Claims court and social media
Please do not book a holiday with this company .

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. They took my money for 7 business class seats. Told me to pay asap as price will go up. I paid them straight away and after 7 days they tell me the prices have gone up by £5000. They did not book the tickets when I paid them. You can’t trust them. Now it has been 5 days and no sign of refund even though they said it has been processed.

So many reputable, honest travel agents available so avoid.

360 TRAVEL GROUP IS A GROUP OF SCAMMERS, DUBIOUS PEOPLE

360 Travel Group is a group of Scammers, wicked dubious people who will frustrate you over your money.
I bought flight ticket of £2000 for my daughter and myself from them in May 2022, I called in July before the flight date to cancel the flight due to covid, I asked for a refund and they told me I'll get my refund in 8weeks, since July it's 6months now I have not gotten my refund.
I have been calling their office since then almost every week, uptill now they have refused to refund my money, I sent series of emails they practically ignoring me, frustrating me over my money, May God punish you at 360 Travel Group for the pains you cause me over my money..
360Travel Group you need to refund my money now otherwise I'll call you out on every social media platform and rubbish you... I have been patient for too long.
