I purchased the "Hero Collection "The Wizard" poncho. This thing is absolutely fabulous. i love the colours so much. I am 5ft 7, and purchased the S/M size, oversized on me, so really glad I didn't size up. Came in nice packaging and the pocket in the poncho doubles up as the bag you carry it around in. I live in the UK and the shipping was fast!

I believe that the rain ponchos are of excellent quality. However, it's been more than a month since I made the order on their website, but i never got the package, and the company didn't refund me for the lost package, nor are they responding to my emails and phone calls.

I use the poncho especially if I am riding my bike and I love it :)

Fast delivery, efficient communication. Product is exactly as advertised.

Dry and cute! What’s not to love

I ordered a raincoat via their onlineshop. I live in Indonesia, and after reading company’s story I was expending my shipment from Indonesia. But no, raincoat was shopped from The Netherlands which took 4 weeks to arrive and I had to pay customs that were roughly 30% of the purchase value. I would have expended to be informed about such surplus charge at the checkout as many international stores do. But information about customs is hidden on the website. Customer service was very slow to reply to my concerns regarding long delivery time and frustration having to pay customs unexpectedly. They ignored a few of my emails.
Raincoat quality is okay, however customer service is terrible. I would not make any more purchases at this shop and would not recommend it to a friend.

This is a great company with great products.
If you're in the market for a great quality rain poncho, 365-Dry is definitely worth checking out.

I still haven’t received my product. I bought it 3 weeks ago from Bali and it seems the product was not in Bali. It seems they sold the product but they didn’t have the stock. I’m still waiting

Best rain ponchos on the planet, love the prints and that they are kind to the earth.

I ordered my 365-dry rain poncho to Ukraine. It arrived on time and I LOVE wearing it. This is not like any other rain poncho out there, it is super durable and has many details such as velcro strips, waterproof zipper and how it folds into a small package. I also love that it is sustainable.

I requested to pick up my order so I could receive it in time for an upcoming trip, not realizing that the stock ships to Bali from Europe. The customer service was so communicative, replying emails within 20 minutes even after 11pm! They were able to check the stock in Bali and then had it sent over by Gojek at 9:30pm just so I could have it in time.

The quality of the poncho is just great, I got a great deal from their promotion, and all proceeds were donated to survivors of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. And to top it all off they're removing plastics from the ocean. It really can't get better than that and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I have not received my item nor has anyone written back to my order inquiry.
