No communication and no product :-(
I'm sorry, but my experience has not been very good. I hate to have to give this store a one star, but so far I have not heard from anyone except for the note directly after my purchase that stated confirmation and they would be sending me a tracking number 3-4 days after my purchase. That was on Nov. 12th and then on Nov. 25th i sent another email and I have still not received a word, nor my product. Today's date is 12/5/21.
It looks like a reputable company, but I do not understand their lack of contacting me at all. :-( This was a present for my dads 85th birthday and was to give it to him while I was visiting him. I'm hoping it will still arrive, however I can't say how disappointed I am! :-( I pray this will get someone to contact me concerning my purchase.
