Customer Service Non-existent

Horrible Customer Service! I’ve spent a significant amount of money with this seller, yet when I made an honest mistake ordering the wrong size, I was met with a cold, robotic “cancellation denied.” I understand all sales are final, but refusing to even discuss an exchange for a size they had available is unacceptable. No communication, no flexibility, and absolutely no customer service. You’ve lost a customer. I DO NOT recommend this seller!
