Funny, instead of trying to improve the customer service they tried to flag my review to take it down.
Avoid, very unprofessional. I was waiting for 15 minutes until a guy showed with a coffee and said to wait. He came back I asked about metal things because on his website says you can’t have metal items. He answered it depends of the dentist.
Them he came back saying was no phone or internet, he told me will call me to take the payment, I tough was at the same time.
I have a fracture on my teeth and infection, I’m in agony.
After he done the exam he told me he. He can’t send the exam until I pay, I said I would go to take cash, he said he can’t send anyway.
I don’t think he done it properly, he didn’t said his name. He even tried to charge me more than I was told. I’m looking for other places to do the exam. It’s shocking and very expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry your visit didn't reflect the standard we aim for — and that you were in discomfort at the time.
On the day of your appointment, central London experienced a broadband outage lasting around three hours. This affected our phones, internet and card payment systems, which are all internet-based. It was outside our control, but I'm genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and for the confusion around payment that resulted.
It's also the reason the report couldn't be released until payment had gone through once systems were restored — not a decision on the day, simply that the system was offline.
I can confirm your scan was carried out correctly and has since been sent to your dentist, so the imaging you needed is now with them.
A few points of clarification. Our records show the appointment was scheduled for 10am and your scan was completed at 9:58am (2mins prior to your appointment time), and the radiographer was wearing his identification badge throughout.
On your question about metal: jewellery should ideally be removed, but items that are difficult to take out can usually be left in place, as they create only a minor shadow on the image rather than affecting the diagnostic result — so his answer that "it depends" was correct.
On price, our CBCT fees are among the lowest in central London, and I'm sorry if there was any confusion over the amount.
