Received my sons Dinosaur head cake on a Friday and opened to have the following Tuesday... wow what an amazing looking cake and it tasted out of this world!! So moist absolutely recommend 10/10 you won’t be disappointed here!! Thank you xx

I ordered my daughter an Ariel cake for her 5th birthday, the cake was so beautiful that we didn't actually want to eat it! Glad we did though because it was absolutely delicious! I couldn't be happier.

Ordered the golf ball cake for my daughter’s birthday. It looked amazing and tasted even better than I could of imagined. I ordered the cake online it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Ordered via the cake supplies link for some edible glitter. Postage charge was £1 dearer than stated waited a week for items to be dispatched. Tried calling the number on website doesn’t exist, no answer to email. Finally got through to someone via Cake deptment who rang me back to say this item has been discontinued but no update to website. Absolutely crazy behaviour for a company

Outstanding birthday cake for 40th birthday. Ordered on Monday, celebration was following Sunday. The Lego cake was delivered first thing Friday morning by very courteous courier and the cake was extremely well packed for it's journey to Kent. Not only was the cake outstanding to look at but outstanding to eat. Cannot praise highly enough. Will be returning for further orders.

I ordered the Millennium Falcon cake from Star Wars as my brother is a massive Star Wars fan.

The cake was amazingly detailed and took my brothers breath away when he saw it. It was a beautiful cake to eat as well as look at. Customer service was excellent, order process simple and cake arrived as expected an on time.

We ordered the dinosaur cake for my sons 3rd birthday. Not only did it look amazing! Better than we could have hoped it also tasted so so delicious. Honestly, from now on we will always get our cakes from there. Also for how wonderfully made they are, they are extremely reasonable a I don’t often write reviews but felt the need this time. Couldn’t of been happier! I order a cat as it was for my Step-Daughter birthday and she loves Cats! When ordering I spoke to a very lovely lady who told me I could even customise the cat to look like my Step-Daughter beloved cat... how amazing! I Wouldn’t of thought to even ask.
Delivery was a dream... nice and easy so convenient. Came on time, it was and much better quality then anything you would ever pick up at the local supermarket.
The cake was delicious! Can I just say the butter cream was like nothing I’ve ever tasted! Heaven.
I can’t wait to reorder, I’m eyeing up the a Harry. Potter book for next year. Well it’s the Hubby’s and my Nans birthday soon.

I ordered a cake for my partner's birthday, his birthday is 2nd January. I ordered the cake in October so well in advance and chose the delivery date of the 2nd January. I get an email from 3D Cake Store on the 23rd December that said the courier is not delivering on the 2nd and asking me to change the delivery date. I checked their website and they were still offering the 2nd January as a delivery date. When I called up they lied and then said we didn't say it wouldn't be delivered on the 2nd January, but if it's delivered we can't guarantee it won't be delivered broken, no apology, no explanation as to why they were still offering the 2nd January on their website. I explained I ordered the cake in October which was 2 months notice and I was not happy, the woman then became nasty on the phone, and as such I decided to request a refund as my faith in the company was gone. As such I requested an immediate refund and purchased a cake through another company.
