Unfortunately, this company does not have any integrity. I had set up my cash payout to be at twenty five dollars. I would see my account. Go up to exactly twenty four dollars within a short amount of time. And then for months, it would just sit at twenty four dollars and would not increase buy one penny. So I turned around and purchased one of my own models and waited to see if I was going to get paid. Well, I didn't. So I sent an email asking them if my account is accurately showing my balance.And they said that there's nothing wrong with my account. Well, I told them that I purchased one of my models on which should have taken me over the $25 threshold without a reply. Money was sent to my paypal account. This happened a second time. once again, my balance stayed at $24. I've made 2 purchases on Dec 28 2024. I sent an email 3 days after the purchase, asking them. Where is the amount of money that was just recently made on these two purchases. They stated that the purchases did not go through into december thirty first.And with the time zone difference, I would not get paid into january first. I sent an email back stating that you're wrong. I was the one that purchased the 2 items from my own models. Therefore, it has been three days since that purchase was made. Next thing you know, I receive an email, showing that I was paid thirty four dollars and some change into my paypal account. They want your business.But they don't want to give you your money.

File conversion is frustrating and did not work as intended. Having any STL as a RAR file is from my experience not industry standard and causes an extra barrier to be able to print quickly. That said, plenty of variety in models from various artists and the site itself is easy to navigate.

I bought the 3D model, everything went quickly.

Had a problem with a product i purchased. Contacted the suppport and within half an hour i had an answer and the issue was fixed. So very good service and recommended
