Very reliable

I've made a few orders so far and everything has gone perfectly every time.
A few days ago I received an LDOMotors equipment with an faulty component. I got in touch with the customer assistance service, which proved to be reactive and effective and in a few days I received a perfectly functional spare part.
The only (minor) complaint I have is that they should use a different courier than Bartolini. At least in Italy Bartolini has a poor quality service.
