Blame yourself!

On February 7, I made a pre-order. The store has sent a message about a successful payment. There was supposed to be a shipment in early March, but it did not take place. The store did not contact me and did not inform me that there were difficulties with the order. I found out about the difficulties myself when I wrote to them, at the end of March. They reported that they were returning the money. The refund was made on March 26, but the money was never returned to me. No customer orientation. No concern for the client. No help. No apologies. Nothing. First they blame my government. Then they blame their partners. No. Blame yourself!

Exactly. You will not be notified of problems with the order for a long time if you are from Russia. The goods will not be delivered to you if you are from Russia. You will not get your money back if you are from Russia. Are Russians to blame for being Russian? From the very beginning, you were not interested in resolving the dispute because I am from Russia. There was no initiative from you because I am from Russia. And after I asked about the possibility of delivery to Kyrgyzstan, you removed this country from the list. It was more important to you not how to please the client and work competently, but where this client came from. You can treat the current situation as you like, but something those who taught us to work by the rules themselves do not follow their own rules. And you call yourself a civilized society? Ostracism, unprofessionalism and a complete lack of moral principles in relation to the civilian population of Russia. Shame on your entire "democratic and legal" world order.

Dear Customer, I think you forgot to mention that the purchase was made from Russia. And after war declared to the country of Ukraine all EU banks blocked the comunication and money transfers so that is probably the main reason you did not recieved your money back. And you know that very well because you mentioned it in email...
Also, we are not a bank, we do not own or control our customers money and we do not have any partners to do such things.
You also contact the payment provider - Mollie.com that handles the money transfers between banks, hope they will also help you to handle your issue.
And thank you for sharing this great 1 star opionion! This way more customers will be able to read that! You are so kind!

Please don't judge the whole world with your measure. With your statement, you have shown exactly how wrongly and hastily you judge other people. We will not continue this conversation. In business and everyday matters, we always stand on the side of the client - person and of course the rule of law. In this case, we will not get involved in your personal judgement.
However, we sincerely wish that banking matters will be resolved as soon as possible and that you will receive a refund of your payment.

Meet the professionals.

From the very first contact, the team were helpful and quick to respond.
In the end, I had to request a refund, but not because of anything the team did or didn't do. Again, they were totally obliging and helpful, and processed my refund quickly.
I can recommend this team as professional, ethical and honest. That's quite rare these days !

Fast shipment

Fast shipment, fast service and good inventory and good conditions. Only needs some sort of loyalty scheme, but I will probably return soon.

The best customer service ever

The best customer service ever. They reply to my email within hours and the folowing mails were like a wasap conversation. Perfect customer service and comunication. I only needed a LCD conection cable. I highy recomand them.

I ordered a screen for phenom ordered Monday arrived Tuesday in France nothing to say excellent product
on the site the photo of the screen is indicated jw31 and I received a jw33 but to my surprise the cable was provided whereas in France no it must be purchased separately
again a big thank you to 3 dpartnershop for its speed and professionalism

I have to give you 5 stars as this is…

I have to give you 5 stars as this is the only place in the world that i could find the touch screen for my printer. If i had to make one recommendation i would offer a slower less expensive shipping. The part coming from Poland made it extremely to the US fast, i didn't expect it to be so quick. Unfortumitally shipping was expensive, the $44.00 US part cost $25.00 US. I was okay with the shipping fee as this was the only place i could find it but it would be cool if it cost less to ship with a longer waiting period.

Thank you so much for you honest opinion. We will try to implement cheaper shipping option soon - Fedex International Economy which should be ~10$ less then UPS but will take longer of course, around 8-10 days and limited to max 2kg. Hope you will come back soon.
