Blame yourself!
On February 7, I made a pre-order. The store has sent a message about a successful payment. There was supposed to be a shipment in early March, but it did not take place. The store did not contact me and did not inform me that there were difficulties with the order. I found out about the difficulties myself when I wrote to them, at the end of March. They reported that they were returning the money. The refund was made on March 26, but the money was never returned to me. No customer orientation. No concern for the client. No help. No apologies. Nothing. First they blame my government. Then they blame their partners. No. Blame yourself!

Exactly. You will not be notified of problems with the order for a long time if you are from Russia. The goods will not be delivered to you if you are from Russia. You will not get your money back if you are from Russia. Are Russians to blame for being Russian? From the very beginning, you were not interested in resolving the dispute because I am from Russia. There was no initiative from you because I am from Russia. And after I asked about the possibility of delivery to Kyrgyzstan, you removed this country from the list. It was more important to you not how to please the client and work competently, but where this client came from. You can treat the current situation as you like, but something those who taught us to work by the rules themselves do not follow their own rules. And you call yourself a civilized society? Ostracism, unprofessionalism and a complete lack of moral principles in relation to the civilian population of Russia. Shame on your entire "democratic and legal" world order.

I have to give you 5 stars as this is the only place in the world that i could find the touch screen for my printer. If i had to make one recommendation i would offer a slower less expensive shipping. The part coming from Poland made it extremely to the US fast, i didn't expect it to be so quick. Unfortumitally shipping was expensive, the $44.00 US part cost $25.00 US. I was okay with the shipping fee as this was the only place i could find it but it would be cool if it cost less to ship with a longer waiting period.
