Great birthday gift idea! Very creative and easy to use. The stencil book is great for beginners, great scaffold for anyone who isn't too confident with their drawing skills

This company is uncontactable if you have a problem/query. The 3-D pen does not have any type of safety marking and is DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. Looks like I’m unlikely to get my money back as they are not responding to any attempt to contact them. Please do not order from this company.

My Granddaughter was given a 3D Pen Pro for her 13th birthday. She has been absolutely enthralled by it . She found it very easy to use from the outset and will definitely be producing more complex models when she replenishes her filaments. Our conclusion is that this is an excellent craft tool for all ages, gives hours of fun and is quite addictive. 5 stars all round.

We unfortunately bought an item from the shop using our card details. Only two days later, two fraud payment attempts were made using our card. Luckily they failed. Upon checking the website, it appears that the shop is not a legitimate U.K. business. Its address is linked to a shared office space in Covent Garden. The cyber security website GRINISOFT gave it a 1 out of 100 trust score. So stay away.

Bought a 3D pen for my grandson for his birthday in December. The price was so good. Haven't received it yet but hopefully by Wednesday which is only 3 working days so excellent service. Fingers crossed!

The service was quick, but the item came in packaging that was aimed at a small child and not as shown on the site. This is a gift for a teenage boy. I emailed the customer service team to ask if they could even send just a box as shown but no reply. Disappointed,

Ordered several pens for grandchildren. Arrived quickly. Packaging was good. I am sure the kids will have hours of fun making new and exciting things.

Very poor customer service, emailed several time's as charged twice and wanted refund. No information in the packaging regarding returns. Nobody would get back to me. Do not buy from this company

The pen is okay but the flow of plastic makes it difficult to produce anything of quality. The instructions are next to useless and too many repetitive colours, no white or black.
Would not recommend this product.

My Pen was sent to address that I have heard off before. With no door number.
I sent numerous emails explaining the delivery address was wrong but with no reply. Then their email address would not receive my emails. I will be taking this further.

Bought this to fix/repair 3d prints, been thinking about it for some time. Wish I had got it sooner. Does a great job

Pen broke on first use. Nib got clogged. Instructions say 'replace' nib, but not guidance on this. Emailed customer support. Information was irrelevant. Have messaged them again and got no reply. Very poor product and customer service. Avoid.

The product itself was fine, but I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. Although everything arrived in the box, it felt like it had been opened before, which wasn’t ideal since it was meant to be a birthday gift.
I had also included a note with the order, but unfortunately, that wasn’t taken into account. Overall, the service didn’t feel particularly special or above average, which I was hoping for given the occasion.

I wouldn't buy from this company. They never get back to you, It is as if nobody really worked there. The worst costumer support ever, after EE.

Contacted the company , before writing this negative review , but no reply .
Pleased with the pen .Ordered some extre colours 2 packs of 10 , so expected different colours. Both identical ! No shades of blue at all.
Dissapionted grandchild . Will not use this company again !!!

Just got this through the post. I wished I'd checked the reviews before I ordered. The 'book' which I paid £9.99 for was discounted from something like £18 is literally a thin pamphlet... It's something that should have come free with the pen. This gift looks look something I could have got way cheaper and better elsewhere.

The 3d pens are soooooo. Cool they are super simple to setup/use i bought 2 pens and a 50 pack of the filaments and my 4 young kids spend atleast 2 hours each day printing everything and anything they're great value for money 😊
