Ordered a tevo tarantula pro and bltouch - they failed to send the bltouch. Eventually money was refunded for the bltouch after waiting a while. Unfortunately, I am just now getting around to put it together(3months later). And now it is missing extrusion pieces. Stay away from 3dprintersbay and Tevo. No quality checks. This was my 5th printer and first and last tevo and purchase from 3dprintersbay.

I’ve been asking for a refund because the printer doesn’t work and it’s been 3 weeks and they keep telling to try this and that but it never works.

Best place to purchase 3D printers. Their website is very easy to use. Great selections and prices.

Order was fine. We received it within few days. There were no issues.

Currently, I am in the process of purchasing the Ender 5 Plus. I accidentally put the incorrect address when checking out that translated to another incorrect address from the shipper in China.

Overall, the customer service has been really bad. I cannot get anyone (Andy) to e-mail me back consistently (over 10 e-mails sent) to help resolve the issue since they are the middle man (which I was not aware of when purchasing). Currently, the 3D printer is being delivered to an incorrect location (a more incorrect address then was originally given) and the seller (from China) will not work with us to re-route the package or e-mail back.

For the business provided I would have expected the customer service to flawlessly handle the shipping incident instead of me the customer having to step in and do there job for them

My hope is that through this review - someone will contact me and help resolve my issue as I had to open a PayPal dispute to request a refund because I cannot get anyone to help me.

UPDATE: 27 Minutes after posted - I have received an e-mail from support staff after multiple emails sent this morning.

UPDATE 1 Hour After Negative Review: I was told that in order to receive good customer service I would need to revert this review. However, I have heard from the shipper which is a huge win! For that I will update to 2 Stars.

Futhermore, the customer support is only worried about there reviews and not what is best for the customer. Real action was only taken once I posted a negative review and the support staff got hostile after I questioned there motives. This is a quote from the Support Staff "Glad that you’ve raised PayPal Dispute
Please let me know PP case ID. At this point we would be happy if you update the review on us which would encourage us to move forward with them and get the package to right address."

I have had an Anycubic Kossel Linear+ for over a year now, time to add more printers for versatility. So I ordered an Anycubic Photon and Chiron. I was a bit concerned because I'd never heard of 3DPrintersBay before. Regardless, I ordered both plus resin, package shipped, tracking received, cool. The Photon arrived and nothing else, I thought I got scammed, no other tracking numbers, no backorder email, nothing. I email them asking when I can expect my package or refund, 2 days later they reply with the tracking and the resin arrives, next day the Chiron was delivered. Everything brand new, functions perfectly, running constantly since they've been calibrated with no issues.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
1. They are like the middleman, so emails, generally, go from you, to them, to manufacturer, back to them, then to you. So be patient.
2. The payments are through paypal, so you have 30 days or whatever to dispute, so be patient.
3. They don't use 110 in every country on the planet, so like me, you may have to switch your 110/220 switch to show 110 before your printer will function properly.

This is my second printer. I have had Anet A8 for years now and I bought this CR 20pro recently after researches and debates. This printer is solid and performs very well. I replaced the nozzle with Micro Swiss hardened one in order to use carbon fiber PLA. In fact, previously I purchased it from eBay creality seller but then I received a defected one. I returned it and thought I would try 3d printers bay because they are a 3d printer dedicated vendor and they didn't seem to charge much for taxes. And I was satisfied by the product I received. There was no defect on the printer which I believe means they do quality check.

Great customer service! Product arrived on time and functioned properly. Would buy again.

I have bought two (2) printers from them. One fdm and one dlp. Both of them where cheap.

The worst online experience that I have ever had. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I’ve bought an anycubic mega s from 3dprintersbay but from the moment I opened the box I thought there was something wrong with it. Because the printer doesn’t look exactly like the printer on their website or on YouTube videos. Like on YouTube videos and on a couple pictures on the website you can see anycubic mega - s that is written on the printer but on mine is only written anycubic. Also the cables are of very poor quality. Some cables come even loose so that the printer doesn’t work. Some other cables are fixed in place with glue. You can even see the glue. The cables are fixed very badly. So I think that this printer is a cheaper fake one. Maybe one that didn’t pass the quality test but that they sell for cheaper but don’t say anything to the costumer. Or it’s also possible that they buy the printer from aliexpress and sell it for more like a dropshipping company. You pay for a real one, you expect a real one but you get a very bad one.

Other than the appearance of the printer.
My first print went very good actually but then. My next prints didn’t work anymore. Some prints worked from the beginning but suddenly the filament didn’t come out of the hotend anymore. So you wait a whole night to see in the morning that only half of it is printed. I tried to find solutions online but nothing worked. I also replaced the hotend with a replacement that was also in the box but the problem was there again. So I only could print one thing the first day. For the rest of the time I only had problems with it.

So I wrote a mail to 3dprintersbay to tell them my problem. First they asked the S/N number. What I don’t even know what they mean with it. Probably it’s the serial number but I’m not sure and they are also not really helpful to tell me where I can find the number. So I asked where I can find it but they haven’t replied me for a while.

So my opinion. Really don’t buy anything from 3dprintersbay because if there is a problem, probably they won’t help you and you’re not sure if the printer will be qualitative or not.
