I had to leave a review here for the …

I had to leave a review here for the guys at 3DPrinting.com because man, how nice hey treated me as their customer. I ordered a RepRap Prusa 3D printer (this is a kit) and I bought some filament for it as well. I chose the wrong diameter (2.85mm) and got an email from them checking if the filament was for the Guru because then I had the wrong one. They were right and changed my order. While I was building the 3D printer, I accidentally broke the motherboard and the arduino shield (don't ask me how). How it happened, this is not covered by the warrenty but after sending them an email explaining what had happened, they sent me replacement parts right away without charging anything, not even the shipping costs. Would recommend 100%!
