Best partner on ebay and amazon bussiness

Solved my problem quickly and efficiently, highly recommended.

Great platform in terms of customization, but it seems the second you have a problem outside of Customer Service's script they're rendered unable to help.

Spent 4 days troubleshooting a problem, supplying screenshots and information to 3d sellers only for the mounting confusion on the other end to become apparent.

Ended up solving the issue on my own, with very limited support. Please be aware that whilst this is a great listing management software, support will be limited as they do not have a live chat feature, they don't offer phone support and average about an email a day when replying..

I have used so many eBay selling tools over the years and I could not find one that had all the right systems under one roof. You can't beat the price "wow" you get a lot for your money. Customer support was also awesome. They were very prompt at fixing my issue. FYI I almost never write reviews but you guys deserve this for sure.

I wish this was a good review but unfortunately not, I can see the potential with the system but at the moment it's not suitable for myself. the system can not link with my website Shopify so they is no way to manage stock, also the product listing template can not be used if I try and link with different software. I will come back when they have the systems linked but at the moment it does not work for my needs

Amazing customer service

the 3Dsellers tool is the best tool to use as an eBay seller. It makes my listings look so much more professional that simple listings. The features are outstanding and easy to set up. The variety of professional templates is a lot of fun to use. I highly recommend this rewarding tool to any eBay Seller!!

Don't know how I managed without this for so long, it's very easy to use, and integrating my second ebay account was simple. The way you can switch from ebay accounts is great! And the listing designer is excellent as well

first love the software. 2nd anytime I have had a question they have answered in less than 24 hours. I have had a few user error things and they show me right away. I have tried a couple of the ebay software's and so far I have found 3dsellers to be the best and most responsive. I had a different one that was more expensive and they were never very nice when I needed help. 3Dsellers have been very very good

Honestly all reviews are like not from real people but more like commercial ones (everything is amazing, perfect, bla-bla, real people always will find a fly in the ointment :)
So the pros: nice designs of the listings, easy to apply, feedback features. Actually nice designs was the main reason I purchased this software.

the cons: when I applied design to my listings in bulk (to 6 listings of to be exact) the design applied was somebody else. Naturally it was somebody’ else shop with their contact, totally irrelevant to me and the product. I tried several times, next time the system applied some Chinese shop to my listings. Omg.
I contacted customer support - here is a big plus: they answered very quickly (like within 5 mins) and the guy was very nice and helpful.

So I decided not to pay attention at this and next time do not do bulk listing but just apply design to each listing separately.
BUT (and here is the main reason my I put 3 stars rating for this soft): after pushing my listing to eBay and all that mess with design, eBay sent me a notice about violation of the selling policy.

I am a dropshipper but I use wholesale suppliers and did not have any such issues with eBay before this mess. So I personally think that you should be very careful using soft with API feature because if they will have a technical issue it can harm your business. As for now eBay becomes much more strict & less flexible.

While there are many ebay automation and support tools out there, the vision that 3DSellers have, to create an integrated package that covers listing design/templates, listing creation/maintenance, feedback management, inventory management, message management and automation, shipping management and a whole range of other functions is unparalleled, there really isn't anything else that can compete in the market and it makes it both great value for money and also the most effective overall solution for any ebay seller with more than 5 listings.

3DSellers also offer great customer service, they respond to all communication within 24 hours, they are highly receptive to feedback, to requests for additional features and in offering general ebay support even outside of their product, I have found them great to work with and look forward to continuing that.
