Would be 0 stars

Disappointed with my experience purchasing a Kookaburra Ghost Pro cricket bat from 3D Sports. Poor product quality and refusal to offer a refund after repeated faults. Would not recommend for cricket bat purchases. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. It looks like I'm not alone in this. If you've made a purchase, research your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as well as Section 75 if you've used a credit card or the chargeback option for debit card purchases.

Careful when returning goods…

Ordered some cricket trainers for my son on the 30th of April. These arrived two days later, but were too small, so I downloaded the returns from 3DSports website, packaged everything up and sent the shoes back via DPD.

A week or so later I discovered that DPD had incorrectly delivered my return to Nike who have a big depot in the same postcode as 3DSports.

Although this is not directly 3DSports fault, they have since acknowledged that this happens quite a bit and that they regularly go over to Nike to collect mis-deliveries. They did say that they usually get stuff back from Nike, but that did not happen for me.

I do want to stress that 3dsports have replied to my emails quickly since it became clear my return had gone walk about, but I can’t help thinking that they should have got this issue sorted out by now - particularly as they are DPD customers themselves….

Failing that, there should at least be some advice on their returns form for customers looking to return stuff via DPD as I would have happily used Royal Mail had I known.

As things stand I am £45 out of pocket and I suspect I am not the only one….

Excellent service

Found cricket boots for my grandson at a great price so ordered, only to be told his dad had found some. Rang up and lovely customer service person agreed to hold the order until confusion sorted. I did then complete the order and they arrived in two days. Very friendly helpful service. Spoke to real person without the ubiquitous AI triage(!). Excellent service
