We had a blocked drain and Mat came out. Quoted wet vacuum for £336 (including VAT). The drain was unblocked temporarily so he said we would need descaling and that would cost £1000 +VAT. I decided to find another company and they came down and unblocked by mechanical means. They charged £140+VAT for the job. When I called back their head office and explained the situation they said these are their charges. Only these two options were what they would provide. They also said other companies charge even more!

Had an emergency drainage problem. Called 3 Flow drainage solutions who quickly came out, identified the problem and set a plan of action. The workmen always arrived promptly were polite, professional and efficient. My drive was left clean and tidy and I thoroughly recommend this Company.

What an excellent company this is. They responded immediately to my telephone call, and were at our house within hours to sort out our drain problem. Despite the most appalling weather, they continued to work in order to ensure the problem was completely sorted. Not only were they professional and efficient, they were also extremely friendly and polite. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

I requested to unblock my outdoor drainage around Sunday noon, Vic (the owner) gave me a call within 10 mins. His guy Max showed up in an hour, investigated the issue and quote me on site. Get everything resolved professionally in 30mins, and most importantly analysed the situation and proposed a long term solution (rather than a quick fix). Very efficient and polite. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic company. I had a very bad blocked toilet I rang 3flow and they arrived within 2 hours. The men that came vic and kai were so polite and very professional and my toilet was unblocked within no time. I would recommend 3flow drainage. SUPERB

After phoning 3 flow drainage their engineer Scott arrived within the hour. He quickly cleared the drain and found the fault in the pipeline. Scott came back with 3 others the next day and lined the pipe. Scott and his team were polite, professional and were clean and tidy workers.I would definitely recommend them.

Nick and his team turned up at the arranged time, talked me through the work and explained the problem. I was kept informed of what was happening and shown the images of my drain and the lime scale buildup that was causing my issue.
All work was completed and all mess cleared away within half an hour of starting. Very impressed and completely satisfied.

Phoned at midday and they got to me by 4! Done everything i needed and very helpful. Can't fault them, perfect 👌

3 Flow Drainage came on site and gave a competetive quote to clear some drains of tree roots, fit liners and also to remake the surrounds and fit heavy duty covers.
They came on site a couple of times to explain and clarify the schedule of work. The carried out the quickly and in the time frame they quoted. The work team were friendly and executed the plan efficiently to my complete satisfaction.

We had an emergency with a blocked drain - Vic said he would be here in half an hour and he was exactly that. Did everything possible but it’s the main sewer and not on our property after all. Helped us with speaking to southern water as it’s down to them to resolve. Vic was very helpful and I would highly recommend
