Just had 3flow round (his name was Vic). We had a really bad smell from the toilet upstairs. The engineer said that the problem was not upstairs but there was an issue with the stack.

Rather than charge me all the jetting cost etc. which had a previous quote for.
He tood me that he could fix the problem from outside.

Hey presto it was resolved in 1hr.

Was happy with the £180 cost as we no longer have the smell and there was no mess in the house

I cannot stress enough how untrustworthy this company is. I invited them to my home as my downstairs toilet had a bad smell. I paid £150 + vat for a camera to be put down my drain and told it needed scaling which would be £1200 + vat!! I said I would need to think and would call them the next day. I got a local plumber round the following day who said the smell is nothing at all to do with the scaling and that my sink trap has perished allowing smells through. £98 to the plumber, no more smell! I am so stunned that they was not honest and I asked the following day for them to return and put my man hole cover back in place correctly and when the guy did return he asked me “are you sure you don’t want any jetting done whilst I’m here”

He found the blockage and removed it and advised what to do next

We had a large blockage due to limescale . Scott and Max were quick friendly helpful and explained everything that was going on. With their extensive and knowledge they were able to clear our blockage. Would definitely recommend again .

From the first call to these guys arriving was about an hour. The inspection identified what was needed and the work was completed within three working days of the first call. Good job all round and lovely guys to have working here too.

We have had drainage issues in our guest bathroom intermittently since moving in a decade ago. Previously having insurance through our water provider, when reviewed repeatedly, they always cited 'wonky' pipes as the cause with the only solution being to rebuild the pipes and potentially dig up the driveway, not covered by our policy! As the issues generally subsided when the weather got better, we always put off fixing through fear of expense and upheaval. Instead we opted to use the facilities at bare minimum hoping the issue wouldn't worsen.

Due to other work being carried out at our house earlier in the week, unfortunately one of the workmen came out red faced apologizing he had broken the toilet. We reassured him it was a known issue, but this spurred us to bite the bullet and fix the issue asap.

As there are a plethora of companies offering drainage services, we decided on 3 Flow, due to reviews like this, and quite frankly I'm SO GLAD we did. Having the company owner himself, Vic, turn up to appraise the job, it was immediately apparent he was an expert in his field. As this was an emergency he made himself available at a time that suited us, arrived at the very start of the 1 hour window, and even gave 45 mins notice prior to assure us he was on his way.

Once he arrived, armed with a wealth of high tech gadgets, pumps and knowledge, I was immediately at ease. His expertise were matched by his very pleasant demeanour and he dispelled previous feedback immediately. He performed extensive tests and communicated exactly what the issues were, and more importantly, a solution that did not involve tearing up the drive, would cost half the price, but would still ensure a full fix.

Similarly he was completely upfront with all costs, both for testing and fixing, ensuring we were comfortable before proceeding. Being open and transparent he also allowed me to view the underlying cause through his high tech camera so I knew the extent of the work. Unfortunately several factors must be addressed, but after agreeing to progress, he has ensured his team would be back in minimal time to complete the work. Even on a weekend, including Sunday, with no added cost!

I am so glad we chose 3 Flow, and so glad I had to pleasure of meeting Vic in these dire circumstances. He made the whole encounter an actual joy... seriously! A top chap and a master of his craft, 3 Flow are going into my (very small) book of companies I can absolutely rely on to deliver excellent service whenever needed. Thank you Vic!

Fantastic service from initial phone call to updated ETA’s to arrival at our home. Darren quickly identified the cause of the blockage and swiftly resolved the issue. Highly recommend.

Blocked drain was cleared for agreed price. Good advice also given as to likely cause & how to fix via a plumber to avoid repeat issues.

Really happy with their service tonight. From calling after 1700 and speaking to Vic, Darren was soon in touch to let me know his ETA and was on site within the hour. Darren explained what he was doing, kept me updated and once done showed me the camera footage to see the blockage was gone and condition of the pipe. Both Vic and Darren were nice to deal with and I could see I was in good hands with Darren. They are now stored in my mobile phone should the need arise as I would not hesitate using them again.
