Never try this unprofessional service center.

I have been asked to pay the invoice in cash before completion of the service. I did not accept and informed them the payment will be with card, and then:
I got a couple of service for my car, timing belt has been changed, water pump has been changed, oil change, a couple of errors were investigated and fixed. Right after a few hours all errors were back, very bad vibration noise from engine, and I got stuck at the middle of road early morning.
I just realize that they charge me for the original Renault timing belt and Water pump but what has been installed is a copy cheap brand.
I strongly advise you not use this workshop, or maybe not for serious services. They can be ok for oil and filter change but they are not specialist.
They are just ignoring my emails and calls!!!
I will try to fix my car in another workshop and see if FDM or Bilklag would be able to help me.

1. We have been in contact with you several times today - via phone, email and sms - its a good thing that everything is kept digitally so it can be proven.
2. You have a problem with your car in Odense; we have no chances of helping you there ourselves, so we made an oppointment to you in a partner-workshop in Odense which you declined several times.
- all this happened today, and yet we don't even know if we made an error, or if the spare part has an error, OR, if it is a completely other thing that has nothing to do with us that has happened to your car.
3. As we have closed our Dankort machine (you came in late evening) we asked you to pay cash or mobilepay - your invoice/faktura was already created, so nothing wrong with that.
4. All our spare parts has 3 years of guarantee, and we have exhausted all our efforts to help you, but yet you have declined all.
5. Actually, I urged you to contact FDM.
6. On the phone you rambled about quote 'being the wrong person to mess with' as some sort of threat and you would 'make our day shit' - but yet, we still would like to help you, if you would treat us with respect, as we do with you.
