I chose this company for their amazing color selection, which is way better than other options. Initially, I was a bit frustrated that it took a month for my order to ship. But once I realized where they were coming from, it all made sense! The curtains are gorgeous and look just like the photos. They’re high-quality with perfect craftsmanship. It has been a long time since I’ve had such a disappointing and frustrating customer experience as I have had with 3HLinen. Despite the 8-9 day calendar day delivery time, it was one month before my product was dispatched. This was due to a delay in fabric delivery, but this was not clearly communicated to me and I had to email customer services several times to find out where my order was. I tried to ring the offices but the phone just kept ringing out without a response, so it felt extremely difficult to speak to someone. When my order arrived, I discovered I had ordered just one curtain. This was entirely my error (as pointed out by the customer service team), as the information is available online. I still think that it should be more clearly highlight in the product descriptions, but nevertheless this was my error. I wasn’t happy with the quality of the product anyway, as it had loose threads and was already fraying, so I decided to return it for a refund. It took almost two weeks to find out the return process and return delivery address from the customer service team. Frustratingly, this information is not openly available on the website, which quite bizarre. I narrowly managed to return my order within the required 14 days and was reassured that my refund would be received in the following 14 days, however these have come and gone and I have still not received a refund. The difficulty in contacting anyone both over the phone and on email makes me think this whole thing is a scam and I will not receive a refund at all, but I hope not. Nevertheless, I would strongly advise against ordering from 3HLinen and I will not be doing so myself again after this experience.

I have been shopping for a long time for the perfect linen sheers. Most are either too soft and flimsy, too white, too yellow, too sheer, too opaque, only come in rod pocket ....I purchased one panel in the off-white back tab design to see if it was what we were looking for and it was perfect. I discovered that I needed a custom length and Kate was very helpful assisting me with the return of my original one and a new custom order of four panels. It takes awhile for delivery, but it is worth it.

Absolutely excellent product (linen shower curtains w waterproof liner). Gorgeous. There was a hiccup with delivery, but they fixed it quickly. Stunningly beautiful yet functional. Worth the money.

The order took a very long time to arrive and when I tried to contact someone no one ever answered the phone and email response was very slow.

It's important to look for non-toxic blackout curtains, since most are lined with plastics that off-gas VOCs. These are a rare find! Wonderful quality, custom sizing, and the blackout capability is great. I got mine in the natural linen color, 100% blocking, and they are so lovely.

Very responsive to inquiries. Only is is that one of the button holes was not cut. I had to cut it with scissors and when I did, I missed. Other than that, it is beautiful!

I love my curtains, they are lovelly.

Ordered on the 28th of July and still hadn’t received the final tracking information up to 6 weeks later.
There had been some confusion about the delivery address and the courier not notifying me about the delivery, but finally it all arrived.
Will update this review with the quality of the curtains as I haven’t seen them yet, but I’m sure it was worth the wait.
Communication with Vicky and Nadine has been good.

The quality of the black out drapes are great. I truly was not expecting them to be so nicce.
