Fast service, made sure card formats were correct, all good will buy again.

I have been dealing with 3ID for many years for everything from HID cards, Non-Tech cards, Printer Ribbons and all types of accessories for the aforementioned items. 3ID has never failed to meet our supply requests. As an organization with nearly 3000 onsite staff and nearly a million visitors per year. 3ID has met our needs for the everyday mundane items to specialized requests for foreign dignitaries security requirements. Our 3ID sales rep and his team has always met our demands large or small.

Awesome customer service quick response on my order. Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions and placing my order.

My dealings with 3iD Management have always been excellent. Very friendly and prompt service. Never had a problem with an order so kudos to a company that does it right.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Shipping far exceeds any other company I have ordered supplies from. Where orders from other vendors have taken weeks or even months, 3iD has always been able to get what I need shipped within a few days. Great resource.

We have had to contact the sales team to understand why there is a variance in purchases, invoicing has been sent to other people outside of the relationship, shipping costs are not always included in the quote.

Website needs revision. Product is hard to find and often appears to be missing (referencing model numbers on previous invoices & quotes).

Pricing is average in most areas.

My requests are handled quickly and a sales person reaches out to me on a regular basis to see if I have any further needs.

Good Quality product that was delivered within the deadline we needed.
