Just received my Axis Sling, with an extra plate, and Wow! It was part of a Kickstarter campaign, so had a bit of a wait whilst it was manufactured, but when it arrived it exceeded my expectations. I have a 7D Mk11 where I attached one plate and a 100-400 with it's own tripod mount where I attached the other and it is just so easy to swap between the two. It is also very comfortable. I also have one of their tripods which is excellent

Ordered a Toxic Valkyre 20L backpack which arrived next day . Beautiful workmanship and just perfect for a smallish camera system . Even had room left for personal belongings etc . What’s most important though was the comfort provided by the shoulder straps , sternum strap & the waist straps . Going to enjoy using this backpack !
Thanks guys !!
Both their product and customer service are great. My Brian 2.0 is not only highly functional and intuitive in its use, it's also beautifully made, with the components' surfaces, form and movement making it a real joy to use. Customer Service was just great, when i was being picky about the bag's accent colour, i received an immediate response and it was very kindly resolved. Thank you Neil!

This is the most amazing company to deal with. A dream to deal with. I love my carbon fibre tripod too.
Thankyou Neil!

I had purchased the Brian 3-Legged Thing from a US store. Unfortunately, the compression washer and "chicken lip" broke on one of the legs. I tried contacting the US store where I originally purchased the tripod for a replacement part, only to find out that they didn't sell the parts. However, they did offer to repair the tripod for a price more than what I had spent to purchase the product. Thus, I conducted research and found positive user feedback regarding direct contact with 3 Legged Thing LTD. Neil on the support team promptly responded to my plea for assistance and sent me replacement parts for free, along with easy-to-install instructions. Neil also kept me informed about the process of procuring the part and the shipment plan. I would heartily recommend 3 Legged Thing products. My Thing is back at work -- good as new. Please be sure to express my appreciation by giving something nice to Neil and the team (maybe some biscuits) for their assistance!

I've only ever used very cheap plastic tripods before and oh boy what an upgrade this was!
I bought the Corey 2.0 with the Trinity pan and tilt head and can't tell you how excited I was to get it. It feels great, looks incredible and performance wise is absolutely exceptional.
It packs up very small, has a great weight to it and is very sturdy. Can't wait to trial this out in different scenarios.
I must say as well the customer service is brilliant. Not just another company wanting to cash in but a company that likes to engage with customers and make sure they get what they're after. Neil helped me out a lot. The set up I wanted was out of stock and he was able to build to order and had it in the post the next day - more companies need people like him that'll go above and beyond. Seriously impressed. I would say you have a customer for life but I can't see myself needing a new tripod anytime soon with this little beast!
Outstanding customer support experience. I purchased a Travis tripod in March 22 and just recently it broke at the collar. I emailed customer support with a photo and copy of my receipt and they arranged for a new replacement tripod to be shipped to me in Australia. The tripod arrived today - just 1 week after confirming details - amazing!!

I just wanted to leave a review to say Neil went above and beyond getting my tripod working again. I've had the tripod a few years now and it's had a lot of use. Sadly one of the legs had come out and got damaged. I sent the tripod in with the expectation of being told it could no longer be repaired. To much surprise, they managed to fix it with no charge and get it sent back to me via a courier. I think my experience with 3LT has to be the best after sales I have had from any company when it comes to getting a product repaired that has now been discontinued.
Thanks again to 3LT. I will be sure to buy from you again.
Excellent equipment and wonderful customer support. I had a small missing piece for one of my kits and Neil helped source and send me a spare part in no time. I'm absolutely thrilled and super grateful. Highly recommended!
I'm leaving a review on their customer support. I purchased a Leo 2 tripod a couple of years ago and had an issue with one of the parts. I sent them an email showing the damaged part and without any other prompting was immediately asked for my shipping address and sent a replacement part, that exceeded my requirements, from the UK to the USA. Without any charge at all. These folks stand behind their great products and exemplify what good customer service should look like.

I had a slight problem with a three legged thing product that I bought from another supplier. Not a big deal, these things happen, but something none the less.
I contacted them directly to see what could be done, and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue, no messing around at all, and sorted.
I was being dealt with by Neil, who works at three legged thing, and he was really helpful and friendly. A credit to the company, so more biscuits for him please T.L.T.
These were the first products I’ve bought from the company, and they won’t be the last as the customer service was so good, and the tripods are brilliant as well.
So yeah, a recommendation
I own two 3 legged thing tripods. A Winston ans an older Punks Corey 1. Both excellent tripods and heads. After sales service also excellent. My Punk Corey fell over on stone and dented the top section of a leg. A replacement was sent free of charge. Can't fault the products.

Can I just say - the company and products are wonderful. I have a Leo 2.0 tripod, which is a brilliant product. I’ve recently bought some VANZ which I wanted to make it into a tripod for macro photography and now bought a STUBZ to make my tripod taller (to see over the reservoir wall to take reflections of the Northern Lights). Every time I’ve come across a problem, you have a solution - the products really are brilliant and your customer service is excellent too. It’s so great to deal with a company who knows what they’re doing. Well done to all of you.

I bought my Corey (original model) direct from 3-LT a couple of years ago; I was looking for something light, so I could carry it about, but with the scope to take a longer, heavier lens on my crop body system. I have not been disappointed at any stage. This little fellow is smooth, reliable and versatile. I can whisk the legs out to full reach in a jiffy or two, and the angle adjustment also allows a really low shooting position when I want that. For "normal" kit the ball head copes just fine. When I mount up my Sigma 150-600, it goes on a gimbal, replacing the ball - all easy. For macro, just invert the centre column for complete freedom to get down and close. I was doing that in the woods the other week, and somehow left behind the centre column lock. I asked for a price for a replacement, and a new part arrived, free of charge. Would you believe it? My advice is, look no further!

Well... I have to stand corrected, and credit where it's due. 3LT have provided a solution for me that I'm happy with.
It did take a little time, but looks like we got there in the end.
Might I suggest that you review your mail system, such that if you ask for an emailed response, you don't send that response straight to the back of the queue.

Neil was absolutely amazing in helping me with my replacement ball head, the whole experience could not have been better

I have used many different tripods over the past 30 years but my 3LT Winston 2.0 is my favourite for its durability, its height and stabilty in strong winds. I damaged the lowest leg section when it got trapped in the spokes of my mountain bike. 3LT sent out a replacement leg they had spare free of charge. Amazing service!

If you are at all interested in engineering, you will marvel at the attention to detail and smooth operation of 3LeggedThings. I am constantly surprised by the next extra feature I find in my tripod, airhead and monopod. They all do exactly what they are described as doing, and do so smoothly whilst looking great at all times.
Not only this, but the customer care is second to none. I had a query about my three year old purchase, and the conversation was quick, pertinent and helpful, ending up with being sent a part for free (which helped me get round something I was trying to achieve with an older model). How good is that!
Thank you on all these counts, 3LeggedThing-ers.

Aside from the three Legged Thing products being exceptionally well designed, both with excellent functionality and superb looks, the after sales service is second to none. Interaction with 3LT is individual and personal providing just the support you need: no matter how much effort it takes. Just perfect!
